Although it is a battery, it has not been replaced until now.
I went to Yellow 50 with this headlamp. It lasted all night, even now it has soufflé in it. I took it with the original batteries. I used it all the way through the first stage. With the "reflector mode" you are almost a disturbing spot of light in the night. This 80lm headlamp version is quite bright. However... on this tour I realized how good the red light mode is. It doesn't blind you like using white light. With the light in front of you, you can see the road and its faults, you won't fall, but this mode also allows you to see the landscape outside the spot of light, by allowing your eyes to get used to the night, which is not possible with the white light mode. And here comes the only negative. I would buy a stronger lamp just because of the red light. My friend's red light was much stronger (100lm old version) and he could use it alone, I could only use mine if we marched side by side, because then I got from his as well. Only mine felt insufficient for safe marching. It is worth buying a stronger one because of the red light. I didn't think so before the tour, but now I know from experience.
