A soft and light backpack exactly as described, worth it!
Good value for money, lightweight running vest with enough storage and a waterproof phone pocket. I don't like carrying a water bladder on my back, so it's good that 2x250 ml soft flasks can fit in the front pockets. The only negative is that the lining of the waterproof phone pocket easily loosens the adhesive, but with attention this can be prevented. In any case, it would be better if the lining was more firmly attached. I especially like the color of the bag, it's good that it's not only available in black.
Bought in black, I used this bag for a 12 km trail. I used the 1l water pocket and I was able to put a survival blanket and a small jacket in the large pocket. In the front pockets cereal bars and a packet of tissues. On the other hand, it's a shame that the front pocket with zipper is not a little bigger, my mobile phone does not fit. I might buy the blue one!

adapts to all body shapes
It was at a good price. It has very practical pockets. Unfortunately, the inner layer of the phone pocket quickly ripped, so it is no longer waterproof.
Tested and I can say that it is very light, easy to adjust and use. For longer runs it is perfect for a phone, snacks, spare jacket, and the function with a water bladder and soft flasks works great đź‘Ť
As soon as I put this backpack on I knew it was it. I mean the comfort of wearing, the functionality of the compartments and the stability during the run. This is the first time in my life I am taking part in a marathon, so I decided to get a backpack that will help me carry water, gels and a cell phone during the run. To sum up, it is a good choice for runners who are thinking about longer runs.
Very good product, the price-quality ratio is more than correct. I am fully satisfied with the bag for short or medium races.
Trail vest for top removal
I use the backpack for cycling. It is super comfortable to wear and you really don't notice it when you are cycling. The drinking bladder is big enough, has no chemical smell or anything like that, I shortened the tube because it is too long for me personally. The pockets are perfect for keys and snacks, the zipped pocket is unfortunately too small for my cell phone (S23 Ultra). There are 3 "compartments" inside, one for the drinking bladder, a zipped compartment and another compartment for other things. A rain jacket and a first aid kit fit in without any problems.

How to properly load up your trail running bag
Back:- Rear pocket reserved for a full water bladder.- A secure rear pocket for your keys and survival blanket.- Place your waterproofs in the rear pocket before putting the bag on your back.- Tighten and adjust your bag. - A kangaroo pocket for your windbreaker. Front: - Upper pockets for 250ml bottles if required.A pocket for gels on the right and a zipped pocket for your phone

An emergency whistle and water bladder are compulsory for trail running. So, to make preparation easier, they are already included in your 5 L bag!The 110-decibel emergency whistle is in the front breast pocket, within easy reach.The new water bladder has a volume of 1 L, which provides two hours of running time between drink stations.
How to manage your water bladder
Your water bladder has a volume of 1 L and dimensions of 30 x 16 cm. Its tube equipped with a bite valve is 100 cm long so that it can be adapted to all body sizes.What is less well known is that you can easily cut the tube to the length that suits you for even more running comfort!Fill the bladder with water between - 20 and + 40 °C. No milk or alcohol. Not microwave safe.
