I wasn't used to wearing undershirts but I approve and don't go out without them anymore. The jersey is really comfortable and allows sweat to be wicked away efficiently and quickly. The only weak point is that the mesh is quite fragile and the clothing tears relatively quickly if you pull on it too hard :-(
