Very good product!!!
I used the backpack for a 7-month trip through Southeast Asia. It is durable and held up well, but I came back with the stitching on one of the straps coming apart and stains on the fabric, because it is a light color. Pros: 1. It is well structured, easy to organize things inside and find what you need quickly. 2. The internal side pockets are very useful. 3. The strap system and lumbar and hip support are very good - if it is well adjusted, and the backpack is within the recommended weight, it is very comfortable. 4. It comes with a rain cover, which is great, and it protects well, even storing the straps for air transport (but the fabric could be more resistant and with the backpack "normally" full it is very difficult to use the straps on the cover, it is very tight, the cover was not well sized). Cons: 1. The weight is the biggest con: 2.4 kg is a lot, considering that airlines allow bags of 7-10 kg. 2. The internal shoe pocket is a good idea, but it wasn't well thought out. The shoes should be positioned at the base of the backpack and have external access. I ended up not using it because it got in the way of organizing the inside of the bag. 3. The external pockets of the backpack are useless when it's full. 4. The pockets on the strap and waist could be bigger or more flexible. They would be more useful. 5. The top backpack is a great idea, but it's too small for a daily outing and the opening is also small. It's hard to access things. 6. The internal pocket for the water bottle could be a little padded to safely store a laptop. 7. The little pocket for the water bottle isn't well positioned. I ended up not using it. 8. It could have strings to attach a yoga mat, a sleeping bag, a coat, a hiking pole... 9. I thought the backpack was expensive. Result: for my next trip, I bought a much cheaper and lighter backpack.

Very good backpack. It was designed for backpackers, especially the fact that it can be easily closed with a padlock! Very clever and appreciated. A very sturdy closure and bag fabric, side pockets for slipping in things and +6L perfect for completing with souvenirs. The only downside noted: the protective cover could be more robust. I use it during transport (plane or boat or bus) to protect my bag but twice used twice it has holes and it's a shame. When backpacking, our bags are dragged around in dirty bus or boat holds, and at the airport the handles can get stuck in the conveyor belts, so the cover becomes a real tool for protecting the bag. Do not change the design of the cover which I find very practical but the fabric so that it is more robust.
The backpack is very complete in interior accessories and exterior pockets, and it is super convenient that it includes the small removable bag. I have had no problems fitting my ankle-high hiking shoes in the included bag (which can also be folded when not in use). The side ties to help compress it work well enough. I don't usually travel with a laptop so I use that section to put protein bars or small things. Without the extra 6L bag, the backpack measures 55.5cm tall, which meets the guidelines of many airlines for carry-on or cabin bags. Two things that I hope they improve, though: 1) the weight of the backpack when it is empty (just over 2 kilos) due to the metal frame on the back, since many cabin bags cannot weigh more than 7-10 kilos and the empty backpack already contributes to that weight 2) that there are more colors since the light blue available in my store shows easily when there are stains

Very ergonomic, good back support, lots of storage and openings on all sides.
It's a nice backpack that meets my expectations. It's quite roomy, and the mini backpack on top is very useful because you can pack things that you need all the time. (I had it with me on a trip of about twenty-five days and it worked very well)
