Nice hat that comes over the collar of your coat from behind.
Very practical hat that fits well and protects well. Slips easily into a bag. Too bad there are only 2 colors.
It is a good rain hat, as it has a wide brim and provides good protection for those of us who wear glasses.

Waterproofing
How does Decathlon measure waterproofing? At Decathlon, we don't just consider the intrinsic quality of the component (in this instance, a fabric with a 20,000 Schmerbers rating) but we also test the waterproof qualities of the finished product in an environmental chamber reproducing different precipitation levels. This hat will protect you from a 12 cm rain shower for 2 hours, or 60 L of water per hour and per square metre:quite a downpour!
What makes ripstop fabric more durable?
The ripstop fabric is a mesh-type fabric. The warp and weft design helps ensure durability and prevent potential tears.
