Hello, I did not buy this bag because the closing strap is too short and does not allow to exploit its full capacity (full chimney + things above held by the flap, like rolled up foam mattress or jacket or other). It is a shame for 10 or 15cm? of missing strap to add. I wanted to make this return on the product tested in store.

adapted to my needs

The main advantage of the backpack is its price and weight. For such money it seems unrealistic to get a nice, light backpack, and here is a nice surprise. Indeed, as other people wrote in the reviews, the back and shoulder straps are quite stiff, which is why I deducted stars for comfort of wearing, but I think that for a backpack for this price, there is nothing to complain about - it is not like something is crushing or rubbing, you can just feel that it is stiff and could be more pleasant. The backpack is well sewn, there are no protruding threads, the material makes a solid impression (we will see if it will actually be like this after longer use, but for now it is ok). Everything is as described, plus it is not visible well in the photos, but at the bottom there are such material loops, through which you can e.g. thread straps for a sleeping mat, which makes it an ideal backpack for people who do not carry a lot of belongings for multi-day hikes. For the size, I think it's quite roomy and if you organize everything methodically, it fits nicely and there's still some space at the top for some food ;-). As for the size, I don't know how tall the lady in the picture is, but for me it's definitely taller and it interferes with the brim of my hat (I'll have to switch to caps with a peak). Generally, it may be a bit too long for short people, but thanks to the strap adjustment system, it can be bypassed, you just have to accept that you'll feel it behind your head. To sum up, I think it's a very good option for petite people (who need to have light luggage anyway, because they can't carry anything heavier) for long trips - it's light, quite roomy, but not so big that you'll be tempted to add extra grams, narrow and neat, and has a nice strap adjustment and the ability to attach additional things to the outside.

Good backpack, light, spacious, comfortable, durable and at a good price. I have used it for several backpacking trips in the north of Spain and it has worked very well. The only thing I didn't like was that when I bought it, it was sent to me folded in a box, so something on the inner support bar could have broken. But that wasn't the case, so that's fine.
