Very nice insulated bag. Very practical
What I was looking for
I thought the heat insulated section would be wider
I like it a lot because it has an ideal size, it doesn't weigh anything and at the bottom you can put the lunch box with the food and it stays warm.
I was taking food to work and tried different bags from Decathlon. This will be very useful. It would be great if the inner compartments could be increased.

Practical bag but unpleasant straps. They damage the skin and rub a lot on the t-shirt. Otherwise the cooler compartment is practical with the possibility of enlarging the bag if you don't need this option. The pocket for the phone is sufficiently expandable

I use it all the time because I haven't found anything better on the market in terms of thickness of the straps vs. capacity. It's ultra comfortable for the shoulders! The small insulated compartment is a real plus

You adjust your NH Arpenaz 500 hiking rucksack as follows: 1 - Loosen all the straps (shoulder straps, belt, load adjuster straps);2 - Put the rucksack on;3 – Tighten the shoulder straps;4 - Adjust the load adjuster straps as needed.
How do you fill your nh arpenaz 500 backpack?
Place heavy material in the bottom of your NH Arpenaz 500 hiking backpack. Pack your clothes around these items. Keep your waterproof jacket and/or fleece within arm’s reach. Place small items for daily use (sun cream, map, glasses, etc.) in the pockets. The water bladder will be placed in the compartment provided along the back, and the water bottle in the outer flask holder pockets provided for this purpose.
