Shipping Timelines and Estimated Delivery
We ship all orders on the next business day after they are placed.
Orders placed Monday–Thursday will ship the next business day, while orders placed Friday–Sunday will ship on Monday.
At checkout, you will see an estimated delivery time. For example, if you place an order on Tuesday, it will ship on Wednesday, and if the estimated delivery time is 3 business days, your order should arrive by Friday.

California: Orders typically arrive within 2 to 4 business days.

Other U.S. states: Orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days.
Business days refer to Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Unexpected delays, such as weather or carrier issues, may affect delivery times. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Free Shipping Details
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $49. The product page will indicate if an item qualifies for free shipping. Please note that gift cards and discount amounts are included when calculating the order minimum for free shipping.

If any item in your cart does not qualify for free shipping, the entire order will not be eligible for free shipping.
Oversized Shipping Charges:

Shipping Availability
At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories. We look forward to expanding to these locations in the future!
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered, Decathlon is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you did not receive your package, please check with your carrier or file a claim with the shipping provider. If you need assistance, contact our customer service team.
