How would this jacket be for golf Forclaz Men's 3-in-1 Waterproof Travel Backpacking Jacket or do you suggest a different jacket?
Answer:
It depends on the weather you are playing in. This is a very warm jacket so I would only recommend it for golf if you are playing in cold and rainy conditions. Our MH900 Lightweight Windproof Jacket is a light windbreaker that would work well if it isn't super cold, or any of our lighter fleeces.

I use it in a region like Sivas where winters are harsh. It never made me cold and it was waterproof. The only disadvantages are that it is a bit heavy and the hood does not detach. The jacket section inside is very good for the spring months.
A warm, waterproof jacket that combines practicality and comfort. The fact that you can wear it alone is great. The two sets allow you to use it in any season.
I bought it because it was waterproof and windproof. It completely met my expectations. It is definitely a price performance product.
I bought this jacket for a trip to Iceland about three years ago and I thought I would use it a few times. As time went by I changed my mind: I use it on many occasions, for walks, for trekking, when it rains and even for going out. Obviously, depending on the weather conditions I choose how to wear it thanks to its modularity and versatility. I am really happy with this purchase! It is worth every penny spent.

I love this jacket, it doesn't soak through, it's warm and very comfortable.
We chose it because it can be used as 2 coats. It is very useful and beautiful. We liked the color very much.
In a 30 minute rain shower, the water starts to seep through and I regret that below 5 degrees we start to feel cold. Possible improvement: hood pocket, drawstring at the waist to prevent cold air from rising.

Jacket bought on sale for €99 with a view to a "ski touring" trip for which you have to plan to fight the rain and the cold. And I confirm that the set keeps you warm, including at altitude, and fights the rain and snow perfectly. I am 1.84m and 80 kilos, I took L to be comfortable. In electric blue it is very pretty and in spring I think I will be able to alternate between the down jacket and the rain jacket depending on the weather.
Satisfied with this purchase with a small downside concerning the removable lining: the wrist fasteners systematically come undone when you take off the jacket. Otherwise it's a very good purchase.

3-in-1 concept for adapting to every situation
With its “3-in-1” system, the jacket is ideal for cold conditions (down to -10°C) as well as hot weather trips, as you can leave the inner layer at home, taking only the rain coat. You can also wear the inner fleece on its own as a mid-layer over a T-shirt. With just one jacket, you therefore get 3 options!
Sizing information
Standard cut. Inner volume lets you wear a second technical layer underneath, such as a microfleece top.
Adjustment
The hood is adjustable in height and depth thanks to an elastic drawcord. The storm-type hood is very enveloping and equipped with a preformed visor for maximum face protection.The bottom of the jacket is adjustable thanks to an elastic cord.The cuffs are adjustable using the rip-tabs.
Pocket system
2 hand pockets + 2 chest pockets. All pockets feature waterproof zips.2 zipped pockets on the inner jacket.
Removable padded jacket
The inner padded jacket is easy and quick to remove, thanks to a zip system. It can be worn alone and has 2 hand pockets, as well as a secure inside pocket.
