To test, assess and validate products, our mission test connects the product manager responsible for the product design with individuals independent to DECATHLON. This backpack was tested by trekkers for 5 weeks in the Canary Islands, the Pyrenees and the Mont Blanc mountain range.

After the 70 L version of this series was a bit too big for my purposes, I bought this 50 L version because the overall concept had already convinced me. What I like: - The many, easily usable compartments - The central front access to the main compartment - The large sleeping bag compartment - The rain cover in the separate compartment under the lid - The relatively low weight for the given volume - The firm padding in the lower back area - The well-functioning EasyFit system The only thing that isn't ideal is that the carrying comfort decreases somewhat from around 12 kg. That may not be the case for other people and I normally only pack 10 - 11 kg. So it's not really a problem for me.
I haven’t used this trekking backpack yet, but it looks spacious and well-designed. The 50L capacity seems perfect for long hikes, and the carbon grey and smoked black colors give it a sleek, practical look. Looking forward to testing it on my next trip. The adjustable straps seem promising for comfort
excellent value for money, very comfortable to carry, thanks to the frame and the adjustment of the shoulder straps the weight is well distributed, excellent purchase, I recommend.

A product that can be preferred for a 50l bag. The waist support is very successful.
After my 3000 Kms. Walk, i was desperately looking for a bag which could share load from shoulders and tranfer it to hip bones for easy, hands free walk. I wanted somebody tondesign as per my design needs and then I came accross DC's this and other high-end rucksacks. This bag definately does that, still I'd like to suggest few more things as follow- 1) There must be colours for colour lovers like me. 2) There must be provision for more compartments to organise things ORDERLY. 3) There must be provision for lock. 4) Some secrete pocket may be added for money or documents. 5) With mouth publicity and increased sale, pricing must go down instead of going up. Bag price must be around 4K.
It can carry quite a sufficient amount of items and provides a very sufficient and functional use, especially during summer travels. As the weight increases, comfort decreases.
I would make sure I could cover the zipper all the way to the bottom
I use it when camping in the field. It is wide enough and very comfortable to carry. You can put the weight on your waist or shoulders. I definitely recommend it.
Very good backpack. Roomy, functional. It has proven itself in the mountains many times. There is room for a water bladder, for poles, many pockets and a rain cover. 10/10.

Easyfit system
Our patented Easyfit system allows you to adjust the torso height and strap tension simultaneously by pulling on one single strap (on each side). 1. Put on your bag2. Buckle and tighten the belt3. Pull the handles (from bottom to top) It’s adjusted!
Capacity
50 L volume. The volume of each backpack is measured using a standardised method. we use small balls to fill the main compartment as well as each pocket. The balls are then emptied into a graduated container in order to determine the equivalent volume in litres, with a margin of error of just a few %.
How to pack a backpack?
Put your bedding at the bottom. Put heavy gear (tent, camp stove, food) near your back. Store your clothing around it. A groundsheet or tent can be placed under the flap or under the bag if there isn't room inside. Keep your waterproof jacket and fleece to hand. Place small items for daily use (sun cream, map, glasses etc.) in the pockets. The water bladder can be placed in the compartment provided down the back.
