I have used the military roll-up ones, the German one, the yoga one. This one is the best. It insulates the egg box more. Better quality foam. Good price. And if you combine it with a Forclaz mat, it works great. Both as a bivouac and a tent. That's for sure. I'll order an XL model that's wider than both. A very good mat, if not the best. For all weather conditions.
I have one in use for 2 years now for outings with the scouts, I bought a new one for my other son

Good insulation and acceptable comfort, it adapts to the terrain. The only thing is that due to the material it should not be placed directly on the ground because it has quickly broken due to the stones. I recommend using a cheaper mat, but I am more of a person who takes just the bare minimum and saves space.
