Unfortunately, the same thing happens with many backpacks: the chest strap can't be adjusted to a suitable height and is painful if you're a woman. It actually squashes your breasts because it can't be raised to adjust higher. This problem is all too common, and they should specify that this isn't a backpack for women. Highly recommended in terms of value for money, but for men.
Waiting for first use, but seems good
Excellent product, used for long trips, highly recommended, adjustable according to size (recommended for people with a not tall height, compared to other backpacks the adjustment allows maximum comfort).

Which water pouch?
There is a compartment in the bag to place a water bladder (there is also a hole to let the tube out).The water bladder is not included in this rucksack, but you can buy a 1, 2 or 3 litre one in store.
How to adjust your backpack?
We recommend hand-washing your rucksack. Use soapy, lukewarm water, possibly with a brush, focusing on the areas in contact with the body (shoulder straps, back, waist belt), where you have perspired. This is the best way for the fabric properties to be maintained, in particular the waterproofness. Then rinse well with lukewarm water, dry in a dry place away from direct sunlight (no radiator). Store in a dry place.
