This is the backpack I use for short weekend hikes. Very light and easy to carry. A good backpack to have if you don't do any specific sport.
It is comfortable, good quality and good for hiking or traveling.
The backpack is super practical, it has a very good design that adapts to different needs. In my opinion the compartments are very good although some are not used to the maximum since by design they share the space with other compartments and then you have to decide whether to use the one in front or the one in the back. In terms of volume it is good, but it could be a little better. For the price I recommend that you go for the 30L if what you are looking for is more space.
great idea and very resistant but not very comfortable
Excellent. I chose this backpack to use it daily for the many trips that my job forces me to make and also for those times that I treat myself to a nice trek both in the city, traveling and in nature. I suffer from back pain and with this padded back I have significantly solved the problems that I had with other backpacks. The compartments are very functional, even if I personally would have preferred a pocket to store glasses and a side zipper to extract a tablet or laptop more easily. The food compartment is perfect!
Great backpack
The backpack is very comfortable and sturdy, both for everyday activities such as shopping or trips. In addition, the cooling pocket at the bottom of the backpack keeps food cool even in the summer months when I need to transport it from one place to another. In addition, the hidden seat pad at the bottom of the backpack is great when you want to sit down for a while in nature on trips. The straps can also comfortably hold trekking poles. I highly recommend it, it is spacious, comfortable and does not hurt your back.
I hesitated to buy it because I wanted 30L but in the end, it suits me well. Practical with its multiple pockets.

How do you fill your nh arpenaz 500 backpack?
Place heavy material in the bottom of your NH Arpenaz 500 hiking backpack. Pack your clothes around these items. Keep your waterproof jacket and/or fleece within arm’s reach. Place small items for daily use (sun cream, map, glasses, etc.) in the pockets. The water bladder will be placed in the compartment provided along the back, and the water bottle in the outer flask holder pockets provided for this purpose.
