Perfect for trekking, good insulation

I used this sleeping mat daily for two months while hiking in New Zealand. It served me as: *In addition to my inflatable mattress to insulate the cold from the ground *Stretching mat *Mattress to chill during breaks At the top!
It does not let moisture through and is very comfortable.
