They are made from thin yet durable polyester main fabric, reinforced bag base.All our backpacks undergo field tests by users who are representative of our target market under similar conditions to those you will encounter. To test, assess and validate products, our mission test connects the product manager responsible for the product design with individuals independent to DECATHLON. This backpack was tested by trekkers for 5 weeks in the Canary Islands, the Pyrenees and the Mont Blanc mountain range.

A good bag, not too big, which fits well. The rain cover however is gray and makes it not very visible in case of need for security. I changed it for an orange one bought separately, for more visibility (hunting, problem when hiking).
A good big backpack. It might be missing one or two pockets in the front or on the sides to put things in easily accessible while walking.
the backpack is perfect for walks where you don't have to carry too much stuff, I filled it a lot and I have to say it holds up very well, the reinforcement on the back is very comfortable and breathable

Very useful and high quality product. I enjoy using it. The place for the water bottle is in an accessible place. It would be better if there were only more small pockets. Overall a good product
Bought as a boarding school bag by my daughter who travels 4 hours by train with several connections to get to her high school. It is not too heavy, it is quite easy to store, easy access to pick up things on the way, allows you to mobilize quite easily in the narrow aisles of the TER or in crowded stations and trains!

It’s a hiking bag worth buying. Although I don’t often climb mountains, it’s very convenient when I can free my hands when traveling! There are many pockets and compartments, and the capacity is large without feeling too burdensome!

Hello your bags are great but please lower the height from 58 cm to 55 cm so that we can put them in cabin baggage on the plane. A very slight loss of space to obtain a very interesting advantage. That would be great. 🙏

Easyfit system
Our patented Easyfit system allows you to adjust the torso height and strap tension simultaneously by pulling on one single strap (on each side). 1. Put on your bag2. Buckle and tighten the belt3. Pull the handles (from bottom to top) It’s adjusted!
Capacity
50 L volume. The volume of each backpack is measured using a standardised method. we use small balls to fill the main compartment as well as each pocket. The balls are then emptied into a graduated container in order to determine the equivalent volume in litres, with a margin of error of just a few %.
How to pack a backpack?
Put your bedding at the bottom. Put heavy gear (tent, camp stove, food) near your back. Store your clothing around it. A groundsheet or tent can be placed under the flap or under the bag if there isn't room inside. Keep your waterproof jacket and fleece to hand. Place small items for daily use (sun cream, map, glasses etc.) in the pockets. The water bladder can be placed in the compartment provided down the back.
