The bag is perfect but the black plastic fasteners are fragile. I have already broken a tightening fastener, a year ago that I was able to change without too much trouble. And now it is the one on the carrying strap that has broken. However, the bag was not very loaded. And it is more complicated because the fastener is sewn. If the after-sales service has a solution, I am interested.
I would like to point out that I am not a trekking enthusiast, so I cannot give a technical assessment of the product's resistance in areas with vegetation. The product is robust, and its dense PET layer prevents water from penetrating the inside of the backpack. The straps are comfortable, and I believe that even using most of the total capacity, it is possible to carry the luggage on your back. The other straps for manual transport, which are two, also seem to be very firm, both horizontally and vertically. The capacity increase system also caught my attention, as there is room for a lot of stuff inside the trekking bag for transport. The product already comes inside an organizer bag, which I thought was great, because it can be used inside the backpack itself. I am satisfied with the purchase.
From the first trip, the straps at the stomach level tore off, as well as a handle of the bag which is starting to tear.
Stood outside in Norway in the rain. Water between the folds (was not unfolded to the largest position) which leaked out when it was used as a backpack, but nothing in the bag was wet. Handy that it can be worn as a bag and as a backpack. Quite heavy when full to carry, admittedly, but does an excellent job of what it is supposed to do: hold a lot of content and keep that content waterproof.
There was no rain, but I still assume that it is waterproof because of the material (rubber boat) and zip - a risky weak point, however, is the slot for a business card or similar - if this relatively thin transparent film is damaged, the entire waterproofness is completely gone, so this slot should be glued on the outside. I think the carrying system is a bit overdone for a duffel bag, especially the two shoulder straps on the carrying straps - this is annoying when handling and when transporting by plane, if you need it (and then the makeshift lap belt) you should probably just get a backpack. The four carrying straps on the sides could be colored to make handling easier. Overall, it is still an excellent product with top value for money.
Durable, practical, I even use it on treks
The bag is robust, practical and very comfortable to wear
The bag is nice, but has some minor imperfections. After one trip, local abrasions appear on the bottom, and the fastening of the hip belt to the double stitching of the material through the clamp does not provide a durable grip and the belt falls off.

inside there is a single pair of buttonholes to tighten the contents of the bag. given its length it would be ideal to have 3 internal slots to tighten the load well
Be careful when it is loaded at 120l, it can only be carried on the back by a strong man.
Great bag. On the other hand, the rubber smell is meh.... I don't know how to get rid of it!!
Bag purchased in July 2023.... It was only used for 1 trek in Nepal in October 2023. The PLASTIC belly STRAP SUPPORT broke. I brought it back to the store in April 2024 for a repair, but it was not done by their workshop.... I was told to go to a shoemaker!
Large capacity bag, very waterproof and which withstood the carrying of Nepalese carriers well. Too bad there isn't the 60-100 liter size which would have been perfect, so I didn't open it to the maximum 120l but left it at 80l

Waterproofing

How is bag volume measured?
The volume of our bags is measured using a standard method: we use small balls to fill the main compartment as well as each pocket. We then empty the balls into a graduated container, which provides the equivalent volume in litres.
Technical tests
We complete laboratory tests to certify components: fabrics, buckles, straps, foam, zips... for example, for a fabric: resistance to abrasion and tearing, colour-fastness in UV light, resistance to washing, waterproofing, etc.A test is then conducted on the finished product replicating the accelerated demands on the bag over the years to check the strength of the assembly.
