I am interested in the bike but there a a small percentage of really bad reviews. If I receive the (final sale - no returns) bike and the gear box is defective or something is not functioning correctly, what can I do to fix it?
Answer:
Thanks for asking - if they are defective we will certainly warranty it. The Frame still has a lifetime warranty, as do the stem and bars. The rest of the components are warrantied against manufactures defects or flaws in workmanship for 2 years.
Question:
Does this bike have those eyes by the cassette and by the seat post, to mount a rear bike rack? I'm a bike commuter who rides with a pannier. That's important to me.
Answer:
Yes it does - It has both sets of rear rack eyelets

What is the material of the chain, the drivetrain, the brakes, the bolts, and the fasteners?
Answer:
Hardend Steel, Stainless steel, Chromoly, and Aluminium.

Is it possible to locate a size L in any of the Decathlon retail stores?
Answer:
Unfortunately there are no longer Decathlon Retail stores in the U.S. ...but should you be traveling out side the US ( Canada or Mexico) you would surely find this bike.

There are no Decathalon store near me. How do I get it serviced if needed? Does the bike come assembled?
Answer:
The bike comes 95% assembled and included a tool kit. You can have it serviced at any bike shop as the parts are standard. We do not included free service with bike sales in the US

After having a mountain bike, when using a hybrid bike for the city, the changes that exist become evident: more speed, less effort, less travel time, easier shifting and greater comfort for the back.

Excellent bike
Do try the bike in-store before buying. It is not true to size. I am 1.68m and my toes barely touched the ground when I bought medium. M size probably suits at least 1.71m.
The bycicle has too many problems. I do not recommend Decathlon for bycicles.

I am happy with my bike.
A lightweight, versatile, comfortable bike with excellent, simple gears for climbing moderate hills. It also has really great disc brakes that stop very well. A great choice for riding paved, smooth dirt and light gravel pathways. Perfect for recreational riding or commuting.
Satisfied with quality of service
The bike is excellent, light, the shifting is smooth and it is beautiful and fast. The price-quality ratio is unbeatable.
Cash and carry from Decathlon Bedok. Great that it is in stock. Staff was very helpful and immediately setup the bicycle in about half an hour. The recommendations of a basket and side-stand were very useful as well.
This hybrid bike is suitable for mid- and low-intensity rides and will be very smooth and comfortable. If you go for high-intensity rides, like on a climb or a steep slope, the chain will misalign with the cassette, and you will get stuck in the middle of the climbing. Also, it is unsuitable for long rides above 20 km, and the same issue happened again.
