The cooler backpack, as I call it, is great; it keeps things in good condition and maintains the temperature.
Good product, to be seen over time
The pockets on the sides to hold a flask or bottle are not deep enough and the elastic strap is too high to hold them in place. A 0.5 litre flask falls out of its pocket because it is not possible to hold it at the neck, the elastic strap is fixed too high.

We tested this cooler in the laboratory following the EN 12546-2 standard, at an ambient temperature of 32°F (0°C), without ice packs and half full. It took 7 hours to increase from 41°F (food temperature straight from the refrigerator) to 59°F.When a 2.6 lbs ice pack is added, the time to increase from 41°F to 59°F under the same conditions is 10 hours.

Waterproofing
this rucksack is not waterproof inside. The bottom of this rucksack doesn't hold in water. Sometimes condensation is created inside the bag and some drops of water may seep through the seams. Don’t worry, this rarely happens and won't damage your food.
Directions for use
To keep your food cold for longer, you can add ice packs to your bag.When packing your bag, we recommend that you put the food that needs to stay cold together at the bottom of the bag.Finally, to increase the thermal performance of your cooler bag, we recommend that you only open it when you need and close it quickly.
Product testing
The European standard EN 12546-2 certifies the performance of the cooler backpack without ice packs. To obtain this standard, tests are carried out by an external laboratory. These tests consist of placing water at a temperature of 5°C into the cooler, which itself is placed in an environment of 32°C. The point is to then measure the time the water takes to reach a temperature of 15°C. The measured time for this backpack was 7 hours.
