Comfortable
The sole is a little stiff
Great for hiking - mountains, even in winter, they breathe and are waterproof. I've had them for 4 years and they're still in top condition. Other brand shoes have fallen apart or been damaged in some way, these still hold up and are comfortable to walk in.
Lightweight shoes requiring an insole (because the sole is too thin). Do not use them on hard surfaces (tarmac, sidewalks) because, after half an hour, your feet hurt and calluses form. Do not use them in the rain either because the upper is not waterproof. In short, specific use on soft surfaces (beach, meadow) in dry weather, for short walks.

You can't expect miracles from shoes that cost less than 20 euros, but these come very close to doing so! The fit is excellent, the foot is well wrapped and blocked, the shoe gives the impression of being solid and resistant. The sole is a bit stiff and the comfort while walking is certainly not high, but we are talking about a shoe that costs less than 20 euros!!! Exceptional quality/price ratio!!

Laboratory tests were conducted to test the following elements: tearing eyelets and straps, gluing, toxicology, UV resistance, abrasion resistance of outsole and upper components, accelerated ageing. These tests allow us to improve the quality of our products and prevent premature wear of our hiking shoes.
Comfort
Our country walking boots promise one thing and that’s heightened comfort for the wearer; to this end, we have included different ingredients in this boot to take care of your feet such as the EVA foam insole (flexible thermoplastic) and the heel pad in the same material.We have also made the insole removable for greater hygiene (washing possible).
Resistant soles for walking trails
The sole’s design is the result of long research carried out in our labs. It is composed of a specific rubber formula which optimises grip and traction. We are always looking for the best solution to progress on loose or mineral (forest or coastal) walking trails.When used on roads, this can lead to the premature wear of your boots and cause discomfort. They are not suitable for high mountain walking.
What socks should you wear with the quechua nh100 mid boots?
These shoes are slightly breathable but not enough to wick away all humidity created by your perspiration. Preferably use the Hike 50 Mid socks: they contain moisture-absorbing cotton and have a reverse terry-knit construction under the sock that wicks moisture away from your foot. They are also high enough to protect your ankle from the shoe. It is an excellent combination to reduce the chance of blisters.
