Purchased as a replacement for this pair of shoes which gave me complete satisfaction. Very good lifespan despite intensive use. Good waterproofing and very good comfort.
I walk 8/10 km every day, more regularly about twenty km. This shoe is disappointing compared to the previous version. Given the comfort I had with my old pair, I took the same model again. Really disappointed 1/ More cushioning in the shoe, 2/ the hooks are smaller so problem with the laces which have difficulty holding in, 3/ the collar of the shoe which has lost a little height on the front is no longer padded and therefore harder which on uneven terrain causes discomfort at the upper level of the malleolus. The positives are its waterproofness and its grip. In the end, I really regret my purchase and would not take this model again.

Ideal for summer practice
Great shoes for the price, I tried walking in them in Norway and everything was great. They don't slip, they hold the ground well when climbing, I definitely recommend them.

very good shoes for hiking especially on wet or muddy terrain
I was very happy with the previous model. Unfortunately, the padding in the Achilles area wore out, so that the shoe now pinches there. So I thought the successor model would be a good choice, but unfortunately that was a mistake. I tried the shoes on in the store and walked on different surfaces, which initially looked good. But I was disappointed on my first hike. The top of the shoe is hardly padded and very hard. With every step on uneven terrain - which is unavoidable when hiking - the shoe presses painfully on and above the ankle. In addition, the shoes now have small plastic lace hooks, which makes lacing more difficult and the laces sometimes slip out again, even while hiking. The laces themselves also do not hold despite double knots. A second hike with these shoes is therefore out of the question for me. It's a real shame and disappointing, especially after the positive experience with the previous model. Unfortunately, the shoes are usable for me.
Purchased in the summer. Now, after 2-3 months of wearing them in the city, I can say that they are comfortable, they don't pinch, they don't rub, they don't slip. Yes, there was a hole in the lining inside, at the heel. Apparently "normal wear" is not covered by the warranty 😔. But I don't think it's normal for holes to appear after 2-3 months and the sole to wear out. I have other "worn" shoes for a few years now and they look better. Too bad, because they are comfortable and beautiful.
I walk an average of 10 km a day also on rocky ground and have tried many brands! These shoes are really fantastic in all aspects. I hope they stay in the range for a long time, because I wear out a pair a year!

We have classified our products in terms of performance and features for 3 levels of hiking:- Occasional: around ten hikes per year, each lasting 3 to 4 hours, covering less than 6 miles with less than 2,300 feet of elevation gain.- Regular: about 20 hikes per year, each lasting 4 to 6 hours, covering 6 to 12 miles, with 2,300 to 4,000 feet of elevation gain.- Intense: more than 20 hikes per year, each lasting over 6 hours, covering more than 12 miles, with 4,000 to 6,500 feet of elevation
Outdoor contact sole

Waterproofing test

Which size should i select?
The most important thing is to try on multiple sizes and styles of boots to find the best fit for you! Consider going up a size to prevent your toes from hitting the toe box on downhill sections, as long as the fit still provides enough support to avoid friction.Tip: keep your toenails trimmed, and before a long descent, check that your laces are snug enough to prevent your foot from sliding forward inside the boot.
How to prevent blisters
Blisters often develop when friction weakens the skin. To help prevent them, we recommend:- Choosing the right shoe size- Wearing appropriate socks- Properly tying and tightening your shoes- Adjusting your laces as needed, especially before a climb or descent- Breaking in your shoes on a short outing before a longer hike.
Which socks?
A waterproof shoe typically offers less breathability than a non-waterproof one. For optimal moisture-wicking and reduced friction, we recommend socks like the MH500, MH520, and MH900, which feature a medium upper.
