How would this jacket be for golf Forclaz Men's 3-in-1 Waterproof Travel Backpacking Jacket or do you suggest a different jacket?
Answer:
It depends on the weather you are playing in. This is a very warm jacket so I would only recommend it for golf if you are playing in cold and rainy conditions. Our MH900 Lightweight Windproof Jacket is a light windbreaker that would work well if it isn't super cold, or any of our lighter fleeces.

Excellent 3 in 1 jacket, very warm, I went on a snowshoe hike, it ticks all the boxes, very functional.
Perfect coat for every day / from fall to spring
Finally I was able to use the jacket. I don't regret this purchase. First time using it in fog, snow, wind: I stayed dry, never felt cold, the collar goes up high and protects the neck well, no cold air infiltration. We'll see over time, but the jacket gives the impression of being very robust. I recommend this investment.

On a trip to Patagonia (Argentina/Chile) the product met expectations. It was used together with a Wedze thermal shirt and it was never cold. There were moments of light rain and the water did not penetrate the fabric. The versatility of having two jackets allows them to be used together in more extreme situations or alternated depending on the use. When used indoors or even in the city, only the inner jacket worked very well, and during outdoor activities with high winds the outer jacket did not allow the wind to pass through.
It really is a jacket that is suitable for all conditions, no matter what the weather is like. The only time it got water through was during a very, very rainy day.
Perfect for walking. We are talking about a double fit depending on the weather conditions.
I use it in a region like Sivas where winters are harsh. It never made me cold and it was waterproof. The only disadvantages are that it is a bit heavy and the hood does not detach. The jacket section inside is very good for the spring months.
A warm, waterproof jacket that combines practicality and comfort. The fact that you can wear it alone is great. The two sets allow you to use it in any season.
I bought it because it was waterproof and windproof. It completely met my expectations. It is definitely a price performance product.

3-in-1 concept for adapting to every situation
With its “3-in-1” system, the jacket is ideal for cold conditions (down to -10°C) as well as hot weather trips, as you can leave the inner layer at home, taking only the rain coat. You can also wear the inner fleece on its own as a mid-layer over a T-shirt. With just one jacket, you therefore get 3 options!
Sizing information
Standard cut. Inner volume lets you wear a second technical layer underneath, such as a microfleece top.
Adjustment
The hood is adjustable in height and depth thanks to an elastic drawcord. The storm-type hood is very enveloping and equipped with a preformed visor for maximum face protection.The bottom of the jacket is adjustable thanks to an elastic cord.The cuffs are adjustable using the rip-tabs.
Pocket system
2 hand pockets + 2 chest pockets. All pockets feature waterproof zips.2 zipped pockets on the inner jacket.
Removable padded jacket
The inner padded jacket is easy and quick to remove, thanks to a zip system. It can be worn alone and has 2 hand pockets, as well as a secure inside pocket.
