My winter essential! Both warm and soft. I won't be able to live without it.
Keeps warm, size XS is a bit large, be careful when purchasing, color is nice
In addition to being a pretty jacket, this one is very comfortable to wear and keeps you very warm.
I recommend a sweatshirt, tested in winter in the Tatras and Nepal. Very warm, comfortable, pleasant to the touch. A great layer to warm up the body during trekking.

Soft and warm fleece
Excellent product
The fleece is nice, soft and warm. However, I saw that there are big differences in size within the same size: some are wide at the neck, others too tight or too wide at the hips - I had to try on many before finding the optimal one. It has pockets inside and outside, but also ONE BIG MINUS: THE HOOK/HANGER IS MISSING - or is that the Decathlon brand?! Maybe you can send it to production, it would be a big plus, a sign of normality in fact. Thank you.
The sweater is very warm and comfortable for an evening by the fire, but I don't see myself doing sports in it.

Warm enough for winter hiking?
Just like animal fur or plumage, the brushed interior of this fleece traps air to keep the heat in. Cuffs at the ends of the sleeves also prevent cold air from getting inside to ensure thermal comfort outdoors.
Why is fleece so warm?
Fleece fabric with synthetic fibres to reproduce the performance of wool: warmth, thermal insulation yet still lightweight. It is soft, comfortable, dries quickly and lets the skin to breathe.
A soft but durable component
Our products undergo strict quality checks to validate their durability. They are tested for their resistance to pilling, discolouration and frequent washing. The Martindale test checks resistance to abrasion, exposing a sample of fabric to continuous rubbing.
A comfortable and practical fleece
The cut and stretch fabric of this fleece provide ideal ease of movement for hiking on snow.With its zip pockets to keep your belongings safe and your hands warm, as well as its cosy hood, it’s ideal for facing the cold at high altitudes.
Dressing properly for snow hiking
To face winter, follow the 3-layer principle: 1) Technical and breathable base layer. 2) Sweater or fleece for warmth and moisture transfer. 3) Jacket for protection against bad weather. Make sure it is all breathable to evacuate humidity.
How to look after your fleece?
To machine wash your fleece without damaging it, choose a 40° max programme. Turn it inside out and check that all pockets are closed. Don't exceed a 1000 rpm spin speed to protect the fabric. Do not tumble dry.
Product testing
We carry out 2 types of thermal testing: fleece material and thermal mannequin in a thermal chamber.These tests reproduce the mountain conditions (wind, humidity, temperature) that you might encounter. They allow us to validate our design and adjust the thermal insulation.
Storage instructions
Store in a dry, dark place.We recommend you avoid using chemicals such as bleach, which could cause deterioration in the garment’s thermal insulation.
