Very disappointed. No rules at Decathlon for trouser sizes. If you wear 40 in jeans (whatever the brand), you will have to take 42 or even 44 at Decathlon. I can only advise you to try everything you buy or you will have to return it.
I have a pair of modular Quechua that I have been using for years without problems for trekking. I bought this pair of Forlaz because they have the same characteristics, however, once tried on, the fabric is not as breathable as the Quechua and above all the fit, for the same size, is tighter. I will proceed to return them.
It has large and comfortable pockets, it is practical.
Versatile, comfortable, practical, ideal for traveling.
Be careful with the seams, some girls are unraveling. But overall, the pants are good.

The tightening at the waist with the fabric belt is not great, it slips in the ring after a few movements and loosens easily. I was forced to change to a traditional belt with notches.
