A must-see

Nothing to envy of the merino boxer shorts from the Canadian brand with a fossilized sole that I also have and which cost twice as much... more GR and no problem

Boxers

These shorts wear very well. They look great. They neutralize odors well even after a few days of use.

Comfort under stress

Merino can certainly be a fragile fabric, but in this case, these boxers are, and offer ultimate comfort. The characteristics of these materials make them truly the essential tool for going out for a sporting activity in the mountains.

Trek or Hike it's Merino

I did a trek with 3 of these underpants for 8 days (I was a beginner, forgive me 😅 ) 2 or even just one would have been enough if you push it to the extreme.

Traveling in Asia for 4 months

What a joy these boxers are! No odors even after 4 days of wearing them. Very comfortable. Very durable! I just wish Decathlon had a seamless model that would be even more comfortable.

The size is too small, so it is recommended to provide more purchasing suggestions so that consumers will not buy products that do not fit their size. After all, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged like jackets.

It is working

The product is of good quality, but expensive (it's worth hunting for a sale ;))

The joy of merino

Comfortable, soft, warm. And when hiking, you can wear them for at least 3 days without worrying about bad odors. Hand washable and dries quickly even when hung on a backpack. I'm buying two and rotating them.

boxes

Merino wool boxers are extremely comfortable and pleasant on the skin. The material is natural, breathable and maintains temperature, which makes them a perfect choice for all weather conditions. They dry quickly, and the quality of the workmanship is excellent. I recommend them to anyone looking for comfort and functionality in everyday clothing.

Boxers

The boxers are well made and comfortable, but in the conditions I was in in the mountains, I didn't feel much difference from regular models. Despite this, they didn't disappoint me - they fit well, don't rub and dry quickly.

Additional Product Information

Composition

Main fabric: 86.0% Wool, 4.0% Elastane, 10.0% Polyamide

Sizing and fit

These boxers have a fitted cut for enhanced moisture transfer to the outside of the fabric.

How have we enhanced the durability of our boxers made with merino wool?

We have used a BETA-SPUN yarn structure in which the polyamide threads coat the Merino wool fibres and protect them from rubbing and breaking without affecting their properties.

Tip before use

To make the component feel softer, don't hesitate to wash your boxers before first use.

How to wash your merino wool boxers

We recommend that you machine wash your Trek 500 Merino boxers at 30°C on a normal cycle, preferably with liquid detergent. Dry flat and NEVER tumble dry unless you want it to shrink by one or two sizes! For more information: https://support.decathlon.co.uk/how-to-maintain-a-merino-wool-garment

Product testing

These boxers have been tested and validated in the field in real-life conditions. They were worn for 5 weeks in spring 2019 by several people who went trekking in the Canary Islands for 2 weeks, followed by 3 weeks on the GR10 route in the Pyrenees.
