The quality is deteriorating more and more

I've had several over the years and they last less and less long. Officially covered by the warranty, in reality to have it exchanged requires a lot of energy and talk = waste of time. I managed to have the last one exchanged which only lasted a few months. Surprise, 1 week later, I see that it is coming apart at the waist by several cm. The store has not bothered to restock since then.. I don't have the time or the desire to go back to haggle anyway. Tired of being a paying tester (product not properly tested beforehand/poor quality)!

Great experience

Nothing else for hiking. Perfect sweat wicking, no chafing, fits like a glove. And nothing gets in the way when I walk.

OK

I wore it when I went hiking and I sweated all over, but it didn’t smell at all. It’s very skin-friendly and soft, and it’s super easy to wear.

Don't think, just experience.

These boxer shorts are extremely comfortable to use. Easy to use; 30 degrees sports jacket is sufficient, wash & hang in the evening and ready for use again the next day. The only objection may be the purchase price, but that disappears into the background due to the fantastic wearing comfort. In short, first make a small investment and then the great enjoyment begins. Who wouldn't be happy about it?

My best purchase in years!

These boxer shorts fit perfectly and feel wonderfully soft. The perfect balance between cool and warm. Absolutely extraordinary; just go beyond the purchase price and then enjoy the optimum quality.

Very good, no…

Very good, no strong, no burning, good support, little odor I use it all week for walking during treks, and I just change it for the night

Very useful in winter

Absolutely essential in winter as an alternative to synthetic garments and long leggings. Size, and cut, perfect, super material. Only flaw. after a few washes the fabric gives a bit despite the precautions.

They fit well.

Additional Product Information

Composition

Main fabric: 86.0% Wool, 4.0% Elastane, 10.0% Polyamide

Sizing and fit

These boxers have a fitted cut for enhanced moisture transfer to the outside of the fabric.

How have we enhanced the durability of our boxers made with merino wool?

We have used a BETA-SPUN yarn structure in which the polyamide threads coat the Merino wool fibres and protect them from rubbing and breaking without affecting their properties.

Tip before use

To make the component feel softer, don't hesitate to wash your boxers before first use.

How to wash your merino wool boxers

We recommend that you machine wash your Trek 500 Merino boxers at 30°C on a normal cycle, preferably with liquid detergent. Dry flat and NEVER tumble dry unless you want it to shrink by one or two sizes! For more information: https://support.decathlon.co.uk/how-to-maintain-a-merino-wool-garment

Product testing

These boxers have been tested and validated in the field in real-life conditions. They were worn for 5 weeks in spring 2019 by several people who went trekking in the Canary Islands for 2 weeks, followed by 3 weeks on the GR10 route in the Pyrenees.
