warm and waterproof jacket
Fits well even with a big sweater
It looks really good, too bad it was out of my size and I had to return it.
It's very warm although I wouldn't take it into the snow.
It is one of the warmest jackets I have ever owned. You can get warm even if it is not a cold day. I have not had time to test the waterproofing yet.

A very useful jacket. It does not weigh you down, it is very comfortable, light and warm, waterproof jacket. I use other Decathlon jackets, but this one is the most comfortable. If you live in a very cold country like Erzurum, look for another jacket, but it is perfect for daily wear. For 1.77 75 kilos, get a size M, if you are 85 kilos, get a size L, the belly part is a little tight.

I use it in my daily life, it keeps me very warm and is very light.
Very good jacket, very warm, has fleece inside the pockets, back and shoulders. I will test it in the snow in the next few months but the waterproofing is really good, as well as adjustments on the hood and wrist. When we move it makes noise, but that doesn't bother me, the hood is not removable.
The jacket fits well on the upper body, the favorable curved arm makes hiking easier, even with a Nordic stick. Easy to find and use lockable pockets. Easy to put on a hiking bag. Waist protection provided with an ideal length.

Can i be sure that my jacket is warm enough for my winter hikes?
We developed your jacket for wintry conditions: cold, rain and snow. Insulation is provided by 200 g/sqm thick wadding on the body and 150 g/sqm on the arms (synthetic component that insulates thanks to the air trapped in its fibres).We’ve added an inner flap underneath the zip to stop cold air from entering. The toggle tightening at the jacket hem is the finishing touch to ensure your jacket is comfortable down to -10°.
How does my jacket protect me from outdoor conditions?
Your jacket is designed with a waterproof outer component that keeps out water and wind. To keep you warm in winter you must also protect your extremities (head, hands, feet). The warm hood, the Velcro fastenings at the cuffs and the high collar prevent the cold from entering. Two warm pockets in extremely soft fleece protect your hands from the cold.
Waterproofness of this jacket
The waterproofness of a jacket isn’t limited to just its components: the assembly technique of the different parts is also an evaluation criterion.Whether heat-sealed or sewn then waterproofed, the overall waterproofness of your jacket is measured using a shower test developed by Decathlon, which simulates rain of different intensities.As such, this waterproof jacket protects you from a downpour, i.e. 12 cm of rain in 2 hours.

The water repellent property is achieved by treating the fabric's exterior. This treatment must be renewed throughout the garment's lifespan (recommended after each wash). Products (spray or liquid) for this purpose are available in our stores.
