My husband bought this pair of trainers after having a previous pair that had lasted a few years. They are very comfortable and also waterproof.
Very comfortable for my slightly wider feet. Great for winter walks.
I've had these for 5 months now and use them for morning dog walks. They have been waterproof until recent weeks and my socks are now very soggy. The women's version were too narrow so I purchased the men's to allow space for thicker socks. They are quite low on the ankle which is the only design flaw.
fit me very well
These shoes are excellent value at £29.99. Have only tested then in light rain so far but stayed waterproof. Grip ok on quite a steep (dry) slope. Could benefit from more cushioned insoles but not expensive to buy my own.

At £30 these are fantastic shoes for light walking. I use them daily for walking my dogs on rough ground and boggy conditions. So far they have proved waterproof against wet weather and soggy ground. If my feet stay dry then they will have been a solid investment!
Good value, sturdy but not hyper heavy and the waterproofness is excellent, even when cycling in.downpours.
Really comfortable light weight walking shoes
Very comfortable shoe for walking along trails and mixed surface soil and gravel paths, grassy banks etc. The tongue is stitched in so water doesnt creep around the edges. Sole quite grippy.
These boots are advertised as waterproof. They are not. After only a week of use they let in water so badly that they have to be dried out before they can be used again

Resistant soles for walking trails
The sole’s design is the result of long research carried out in our labs. It is composed of a specific rubber formula which optimises grip and traction. We are systematically looking for the best compromise for walking on soft (e.g. forest paths) and stony (e.g. coastal paths) hiking trails.When used on roads, this can lead to the premature wear of your boots and cause discomfort. They are not suitable for mountain walking.
Tested for optimal durability
Laboratory tests were conducted to test the following elements: tearing eyelets and straps, gluing, toxicology, UV resistance, abrasion resistance of outsole and upper components, accelerated ageing. These tests allow us to improve the quality of our products and prevent premature wear of our hiking shoes.
Waterproof boots for 2 hours of hiking in rainy weather
The NH100 Low-rise WP boots are waterproof for two hours of hiking. They have been laboratory tested for 2,000 flexes. Once the boots have dried out, they are waterproof once again.During the waterproofness test, we test 3 levels of waterproofness:- 2,000 flexes, approx. 2 hours hiking- 4,000 flexes, approx. 4 hours hiking- 8,000 flexes, approx. 8 hours hiking
How do we test the waterproofing of your shoes?
Laboratory- and field- tested, these shoes have a membrane to ensure optimal waterproofing and breathability. First, the shoe is immersed in water while internal air pressure is applied to check that no bubbles form on the surface of the footwear. Next, shoes are fitted to a mechanical arm that simulates walking and half immersed in water so we can test that the inside remains perfectly dry.
How to choose the size of my walking boots?
Try on both shoes, standing up, with the socks worn for hiking. Try on several models or sizes if necessary. Check two comfort points: - the heel seating- the front of the foot on a downward slopeAvoid any pressure points when fitting. Feel free to walk around to test the comfort and support. Gradually start using you shoes during your first few hiking trips to break them in.
Which pair of socks are suitable for quechua nh150 waterproof boots?
These shoes are slightly breathable, but not enough to evacuate all humidity created by your perspiration. We advise you to choose Hike 100 Mid socks: they contain moisture-absorbing cotton and have a reverse terry-knit construction under the sock that wicks moisture away from your foot. They are also high enough to protect your ankle from the shoe. It is an excellent combination to reduce the chance of blisters.
