This vest is easy to forget about thanks to its comfort and is very practical for hydration on short outings.
Perfect for beginners, zippers that allow you to store products or utensils, such as keys.
The vest is really perfect apart from the smartphone pocket which is too small. For the next version it would also be good to provide bib fasteners, for example with simple clips with 2 straps.
Hydration vest cheaper than competing brands and quite sufficient for my occasional use
The best on the market for this price! The backpack is comfortable and light, the only downside is the bladder, which when empty bends in all directions and is uncomfortable to fill.

How to properly load up your trail running bag

An emergency whistle and water bladder are compulsory for trail running. So, to make preparation easier, they are already included in your 5 L bag!The 110-decibel emergency whistle is in the front breast pocket, within easy reach.The new water bladder has a volume of 1 L, which provides two hours of running time between drink stations.
How to manage your water bladder
Your water bladder has a volume of 1 L and dimensions of 30 x 16 cm. Its tube equipped with a bite valve is 100 cm long so that it can be adapted to all body sizes.What is less well known is that you can easily cut the tube to the length that suits you for even more running comfort!Fill the bladder with water between - 20 and + 40 °C. No milk or alcohol. Not microwave safe.
