The return is not fixed so it allows the ears to be covered well, it's perfect.

great product for its price. light and does its job in sub-zero temperatures.
The hat looks great and the fit is nice, but my issue is that it's incredibly coarse fabric and itchy on my head. I ordered it online so had no choice in the pick, but then I stumbled on the same hat in the retail store and noticed that some of them feel very soft and others are terrible. For some reason the grey is the worst one. I know it's quite cheap, but I'm still disappointed that I already took off the tags and they won't accept a return or exchange.
The material used not up to the mark... After 2 days use... It expanded.. It became useless👎
