During the first assembly at the holiday location, I discovered a small tear in the interior canvas at a seam. What should I do now?
We previously had the Arpenaz for 3 people and were already impressed. But this tent beats everything. There is enough space for two people (we travel with motorbikes) and the setup is unbeatable. We have already been away for two weekends and will be using it for the next two weeks in Sardinia.
The tarpaulin to put the shoes on is missing when opening
What a lovely tent and handy system. We slept with 2 in this 3 person tent and that gave enough space to sleep and some extra space. The tent held up very well in stormy weather, rain and thunder. Stands very stable and keeps the sun and heat out well. During camping we had bad luck because a connecting piece was broken in the system. Went back to Decathlon with it and without fuss we were offered a new tent. What a great service!!
Do not heat up in the sun. Easy assembly and disassembly. Easy to use.
The tent is great. Quick to set up. Unfortunately a bit bigger and heavier than expected, but highly recommended for camping with a car or at home. Unfortunately the bag - which I thought was great - is already broken (the flap is torn off). Can you reorder it? LG, Stefanie

Wanted a simple tent, perfect!
+ Very spacious, very easy to assemble, durable material, practical compartments - when folded it is very bulky, heavy Plus it is almost completely dark in the tent all day. For some it was a benefit, for me it was more of a burden - it was harder for me to get up + I had to keep the lights on in the tent during the day.
At the second squeeze, a small arm was broken

We bought this tent for children who love to sleep outside when the weather permits. We wanted a tent that was quickly (dis)assembled, and did not require fixing to the ground so that it could, for example, be placed on a terrace, or moved quickly without dismantling it. This tent is awesome! It corresponds perfectly to our practical needs, and the interior space is large, with a very pleasant height which allows us to sit down without any problem. Lots of little extras inside to attach and store things. Totally waterproof (tested under a good Belgian drain...). The carry bag is good for storage at home and transport in a vehicle. Obviously not at all suitable for hiking (but it is not sold for that)
I have to say right away that the pole broke was our own fault because we pulled the cord too hard and the pole broke at the joint. However, it only had a bend overnight and still held up. They sent my tent to the service point and it came back repaired shortly afterwards. I think the pole was simply replaced. I think the net at the top of the ceiling is the best thing * o *
I just used the tent for the first time at Wacken. It was quick to set up and take down. Very spacious and well thought out. I'm looking forward to using it again soon. However, due to the weight and size, it only makes sense to transport it by car.
The tent is leaking and a stick is broken during the holiday. Really worthless

Mattress compatibility
Recommended tent with a self-inflating mattress or trekking mattress up to 70 cm wide. We do not recommend using inflatable mattresses, that are more than 8 cm thick, in this tent.Indeed, this greatly reduces the volume inside the tent and increases condensation inside.
Ventilation of the tent
2 side doors and 2 mechanical air vents at the sides that create lots of air flow when they are opened. Breathable mesh bedroom with mechanical ventilation. So that air can flow and be replaced between the bedroom and the flysheet, and eliminate the natural condensation as much as possible, there is a space between the flysheet and the ground across the entire surface of the tent.
Waterproofing of the tent
All our tents are validated in the laboratory and in the field to guarantee the waterproofing. To do this, we put the entire tent under a 200 L/h shower for 3 hours.The flysheet is in 2000mm Schmerber PU-coated polyester, the groundsheet is in 5000mm Schmerber PU-coated polyester and all the seams are taped with heat-sealed strips.
Wind resistance
We test all our tents in a wind tunnel on a turntable to expose each side to the wind. A properly pitched tent with all the guy ropes properly positioned around the tent should remain habitable in wind speeds of up to 50 km/h measured near ground level (Force 6).
