I took this bike to use my bike in all situations, I put gravel tires and a luggage rack, I do velotaf + travel with it and everything is going well for pure road cycling, sometimes 1- is missing 2 speeds uphill I am fully satisfied with this bike

Efficient bike is light enough to start on the road bike. Positive: - Effective/Efficient - Good braking - Quite "comfortable" frame - Rigid and precise fork. - Easy wheel disassembly Negative points: - Scratch on the assembly of the pedals by the store, the team was sorry and agreed to a gesture (maybe a little low by 10 euros), stem not aligned on delivery. - Fault in the chain which forced me to shorten the first long ride with this bike. Replaced quickly in store. - Tires that may need to be replaced for something a little more versatile on wet roads So good bike but be careful with the quality control of your products and the preparation.

This Friday, January 13, 2023 I received by carrier at my home a huge package containing a Triban RC500 Flatbar, I hastened to finish the assembly (fixed the handlebars, the front wheel and the pedals) I then carried out a fifty of km (windy) and to my great satisfaction this bike is very comfortable considering my size (120kg/198cm) Before this bike I rode on a TREK Dual Sport but the Triban in addition to being affordable has a transmission SHIMANO (50/34) very flexible and precise. The bike is perfect but as I am a perfectionist I regret that the cables do not pass through the frame. I do not regret my purchase.

A bike with incredible value for money and versatility... I'll give you my feelings after 140,000 km, it's a great bike!! It can be ridden in Race or Gravel... It accepts everything!! I took it in Flat Bar and I don't regret my purchase, you just have to know how to make it evolve in relation to its basic equipment (wheels, tires, pedals, handles...).

Good product but really poorly adjusted. I got my bike back and had to ask for the saddle height (the base...) to be adjusted Disc brake that rubs. I went to have it fixed but the problem persists. I will go back there again. My bike is 3 weeks old...

Stopped the "pure" mountain bike (Commensal >1500€) for the road and chose the TC500 flat bar (=750€) Very satisfied (2 to 3 weekly outings of 50 to 80 kms). Accustomed to Formula hydraulic disc brakes on mountain bikes (and road with slick tyres), it took me a few outings to familiarize myself with mechanical disc brakes < in responsiveness, power but in the end largely sufficient/road. Moreover, it is a (very) beautiful bike (anthracite gray) it is not negligible! A great purchase

Good bike, versatile and comfortable. The Sora works well, the brakes are a little weak when going downhill fast. I am disappointed to have to change an inner tube, the tire came off with some difficulty, when trying to mount it it became impossible after an hour and a half later I gave up, I went to the Decathlon Barreiro store where I had great good will and sympathy for part of the cycling collaborators in which two of them took an hour to fit the tire on the wheel. I bought the bike to ride and not for show. Wheels are not suitable for having holes. Today I managed to get to a store that solved the problem for me, if it happens again in an area where there is no help what to do? Thanks

Hello . I ordered a new Triban RC500 flatbar size L bike, requesting it to be sealed. After 2 weeks, the courier brought it resealed and with replaced elements, not with the ones in the photo and specifications. The 600 mm handlebar was replaced with a 560 mm one, the 350 mm ergofit saddle was replaced with a simple 290 mm one, the front wheel + rear wheel replaced with others without Triban Resist+ tires but simple protection, implicitly other rims, sprocket group . I paid the money for a real bike and in reality I was sent one of much lower quality. I made a return. Also, the bike was not prepared for transport with plastic elements + cardboard for fixing in the box, I was not given a quick assembly guide or the key kit. Unbelievable that something like this can happen in such a big and consecrated place. I wholeheartedly recommend physical purchases and not online ones.

The bike looks quite good, but that's about it. Most of the important elements are of quite low quality. Disc brakes, having mechanical ones and not hydraulic ones causes a very poor braking experience. The elements of the transmission are also very disappointing, the chain keeps jumping now and then. And yes, I brought it back to the shop, but nothing changed. The worst being the geometry of the bike, you'll regularly hit your feet against the front wheel when turning. First time I see this kind of problems on a bike costing that kind of price.

1st bike in a very long time. Satisfied with my choice: unbeatable value for money (I went around the bike shops in Nantes). Dynamic bike, rather light, versatile (does not refuse dirt roads), handy (choice of a flat handlebar for the city).
