I have long hair and it is difficult to use on long hair.
The cap works well in sunny weather while trekking. On the plus side, it is compact, easy to roll up and stuff into a backpack. Rather not very stylish, but if that doesn't bother you, I recommend it.

I find it very practical that it can be adjusted to the size of my head at the back. The large visor shades my face well from the sun and prevents my prescription sunglasses from shining through.

Is my cap anti-uv?
Although the main fabric offers good protection against UV rays with a UPF greater than 50 (only allowing one fiftieth of the sun's rays to penetrate), under current regulations this cap cannot be regarded as anti-UV as it does not cover the back of the neck and because the vents are made from openwork fabric which does not block out UV rays.
How do you measure a fabric's quick drying capacity?
The product is machine washed 3 times then line dried, then we immerse it in water and measure how long it takes to get back to its pre-wash weight.This cap scored an impressive 5 out of 5 stars, returning to its pre-washed weight less than 80 minutes!
Additional resistance thanks to the crosshatch fabric
The crosshatched fabric is a mesh-type fabric. The warp and weft design helps ensure durability and prevent potential tears and stop tears. It is therefore particularly durable compared to a smooth canvas, for example.
