I am not very tall (1.57) and therefore the front pockets are not suitable for me. If I put my phone in one of them, it then bothers me when walking because the phone hits my thigh. I just returned from a trip to Cape Verde and I appreciated the modularity but on the other hand I did not have the opportunity to test the waterproofing.
as a coat in winter, a rain jacket and a jacket for spring for the price it's great only downside twice exchanged for sewing defects and broken closure on the 1st day of use
A great jacket for changeable weather.
Very warm and waterproof. The lining pockets could be a bit bigger and have a zipper (like the main jacket). Otherwise, the jacket is great.
Ideal jacket for cool and wet outings. The modularity allows you to adapt according to the weather. Very waterproof, including the zippers. The openings under the arms really help you avoid getting hot as soon as you start climbing, and that's very appreciable! The little extra would be a fabric return at the top of the zipper when it is closed so you don't feel the cold of the metal on your throat. I highly recommend it+++
This jacket is great, I have it and I am very happy with this purchase.
The only downside is that it lacks a chest pocket with a closable lining for a cell phone.

Very nice jacket for hiking in the mountains. Beautiful raspberry color, cuffs at the hips, enough pockets and waterproof. Tested in winter, thermal blouse underneath and ride. A big advantage is that you can unfasten one part. When folded, it does not take up much space, which is a big advantage because it fits easily in a backpack and we know that the weather changes quickly in the mountains. The combination of two jackets is well made and nothing unfastens during use.
Overall, the jacket is good and serves its purpose. The only thing that bothers me is that the inner jacket's armholes ripped off when I took it off the first time I used it.
I can't let the jacket go, we were on a hike and it was absolutely great. The material of the jacket and sweatshirt.
You can't get enough of this jacket, I simply love it! I wear one half, the other half, or both together, no matter what hike I go on, I ALWAYS have it with me! It's very easy to connect the two jackets, there are no interfering parts. It's been with me a lot of places, there's no sign of use! Top quality! It does suffer from hours of pouring rain after a while, but it still held up better than any other! I like that it's not completely black, but it's not a peacock color either, it's just right!
A jacket with multiple layers is very practical. Unfortunately, the workmanship of the zipper straps is poor and the ones used to connect them are not good either. When I wore it for the second time, half of them were missing or had torn off. Fortunately, this is not essential for the function.

3-in-1 concept for adapting to every situation
With its “3-in-1” system, the jacket is ideal for cold conditions (down to -10°C) as well as hot weather trips, as you can leave the inner layer at home, taking only the rain coat. You can also wear the inner fleece on its own as a mid-layer over a T-shirt. With just one jacket, you therefore get 3 options!

The waterproofness of a fabric, provided by a coating or membrane, is measured in Schmerber or mm H²0 (pressure exerted by a column of water). The higher this number, the more waterproof the fabric.
Waterproofness of this jacket
The waterproofness of a jacket isn’t limited to just its components: the assembly technique of the different parts is also an evaluation criterion.Whether heat-sealed or sewn then waterproofed, the overall waterproofness of your jacket is measured using a shower test developed by Decathlon, which simulates rain of different intensities.As such, the 3-in-1 SH500 waterproof jacket protects you from a storm, i.e. 30 cm of rain in 3 hours.
Removable padded jacket
The inner padded down jacket is quick and easy to remove, thanks to its zip system. It can be worn alone and has 2 hand pockets, as well as a secure inside pocket.
Outside jacket pockets
2 hand pockets. All pockets feature waterproof zips.
Adjustable hood
The hood is adjustable in height and depth thanks to an elastic drawcord. The storm-type hood is very enveloping and equipped with a preformed visor for maximum face protection.
Other adjustments
The bottom of the jacket is adjusted via an elastic cord. The end of the sleeves adjusts with a system of self-sealing bands.
Sizing information
Standard cut. The jacket's inner volume is designed to fit over a high-tech second layer such as a micro-fleece.
