Good

high cp value
Easy to carry and use. Very comfortable to sleep on
It’s a product with a high Cp value. I’m a novice, but the store clerk will explain it carefully.
I have used it for multi-day camps, routes in the Pyrenees and campsites and it has been very comfortable to sleep with it, plus it folds up and is easy to carry in your backpack.
In addition to its thickness and flexibility, its foldability is also an advantage.
15 cm wide for perfect comfort
Excellent upgrade to my old roll mat, good quality and half the price of a similar mat from a well known brand. The mat on its own isn't the comfiest (as I am a side sleeper) but I use this to protect and add some warmth to an inflatable mat. It's light weight but as with all foam mats, bulky and has to be carried on the outside of a rucksack and therefore not very stealthy if that's your thing.

The R-Value is a measure of the thermal insulation. It measures the ability of a mattress to retain or prevent heat from escaping from a warm body (human body) to a cold floor.The higher the R-Value, the better the insulation of the mattress.Please note that the R-Values can be added; this means that you can use two mattresses and add their R-Values.All our mattresses are tested to standard ASTM F3340-18.
