Do extreme temperatures, like being stored in an attic, effect the texture of the bag or cause it to feel sticky?
Answer:
The prioduct should be stored in dry and moderate temperature. So far, we did not receive such feedbacks regarding any sticky aspect.

I used this bag for a month trekking around Nepal in monsoon season. Never let me down at all. This was thrown on the bus roof, numerous times in both blistering heat and monsoon rains. What an incredible bag this is.
Good bag size half price of North Face ones and alot more durable. Comes with a great packing bag as well which we can use
The best duffel bag that I have owned. Fully extendable straps give great capacity. I have now been using the bag for over 2 years. I saved this review until it was fully tested.
the Zips on the expanders have gone rusty.
Is very good and very hopeful
Really versatile bag, held up well at a few wet festivals last summer but really not the most comfy thing to carry with more than maybe 15kg in it. The straps are very basic and you'll end up dragging it along or getting pretty sore shoulders. Great for clothes or bedding!

Just recieved this today it is light but pleasingly sturdy. I is small and neat but expands really well and is then a good large bag easy to pack and to find things. It has two usefull pockets inside. It also comes packed in a net bag which makes it co.pact and easy to store away. Definitely impressed.
Great bag. Size, durability etc. would like to be able to remove or wrap in the straps for hold luggage when travelling. But I’d buy again and have looked at the smaller one. So not a huge negative.

Versatile high-tech travel kitbag that also looks stylish enough to be a be used about town!
Used mine trekking in Nepal. Monsoon season. This really is fully waterproof. The extended part is an awesome feature too. As are the numerous carry handles. I can only find 3 minor issues. Shoulder straps, need a little padding for longer treks. Buckle used to fasten across waist, is far too flimsy. Mine split. Buckles should be changeable for broken ones.

“extend” system
This duffle bag comes with our “Extend” system so you can vary the bag's volume. It's a system of straps that free up extra space when loosened. Conversely, it also compresses the bag to reduce it to its minimum volume (40 L for this one).
Hand luggage
This bag is accepted as cabin baggage by most airlines. However, we recommend you check the authorized dimensions with your chosen airline.
How is bag volume measured?
The volume of each backpack is measured using a standard method: we use small balls to fill the main compartment as well as each pocket. We then we empty these balls into a graduated container which gives the equivalent volume in liters.
Technical tests
We complete laboratory tests to certify components: fabrics, buckles, straps, foam, zips... for example, for a fabric: resistance to abrasion and tearing, color-fastness in UV light, resistance to washing, waterproofing, etc.A test is then conducted on the finished product replicating the accelerated demands on the bag over the years to check the strength of the assembly.
