I Use this for the gym. I do prefer 100% wool or natural fabrics. It does have a high percentage though. Odour control is good. Moisture management also good I think but I haven’t used it in high temperatures yet. I got a small size me having a 37-38 inch chest and it fits like a slim fit t-shirt so the size is good fit for me.

Unlike most merino this T-shirt gets smelly
I don't understand the design concept of this T-shirt. There is synthetic material in the armpits to improve wicking, yet of course this then gathers bad odours, ie you lose the biggest benefit of merino just where you need it.

I really didn’t know what to expect from this Considering it’s at least three times cheaper than other sports brands when it’s sunny you feel so much nicer than Cotton or polyester I also love the ventilated back and stretch panels the cut is great too & not riding up on my back. . How does the mt500 merino t-shirt limit odours?
The components used reduce bad odours. Laboratory tested to standard ISO 17299-3. Main fabric: 89% Merino woolMesh panels and a mesh fabric under the arms and in the middle of the back: 66% Merino wool, 24% Polyamide, 10% Elastane.
How does the mt500 merino wool t-shirt help perspiration evaporate?
When you make a physical effort and sweat heavily, the merino wool easily traps the insulating warm air and can absorb up to 35% of its weight in moisture without making you feel damp, which is appreciable in cool weather. In hot, dry weather, the evaporation of the water in the wool absorbs energy, which cools the body slightly at the same time.
What is the fit of the mt500 merino wool t-shirt?
This T-shirt has a slightly fitted sports cut to help wick away moisture to the outside of the fabric. Select your usual size, or one size larger if you prefer to wear your T-shirts looser.
Where does the merino wool used for the mt500 merino wool t-shirt come from?
We use wool from merino sheep bred on farms in South Africa that do not practise mulesing. We decided to build a partnership with a group of breeders (Konsortium-Merino) to guarantee traceability, meaning we can guarantee the origin of the wool.

How do i wash my mt500 merino wool trekking t-shirt?
We recommend you machine wash your Merino wool T-shirt at 86°F on a normal cycle with Merino wool liquid detergent sold under code 8817234. Dry flat and NEVER tumble dry unless you want it to shrink by one or two sizes! You can find an article on looking after merino wool clothing on the Forclaz website.
