Good travel bag for train or coach or car. Very compact. The closures are quite fluid. Possible to put TOP padlocks. The compartment part of the large pocket is great and deep enough to hold all my pants, sweater, jacket. The small shoe compartment is very good for holding all my makeup bag, toiletries. Level of carrying comfort very basic nothing more. This bag is very well designed to not be used as cabin luggage. This bag served me for my 15 day stay in Croatia
Easy to manage, comfortable and with plenty of space, perhaps the price is a bit high, but it seems that its quality and durability make up for it.
In terms of layout and concept, it's a nice backpack. Unfortunately, they've cut corners when it comes to comfort. The straps are made of a harder material that ripples when you bend it and rubs very unpleasantly in the shoulder and neck area. Unfortunately, they've cut corners in the wrong place here, as the backpack is designed to carry more weight, which is a real shame. I really wanted it, but after trying it on for 5 minutes in the shop, I had red streaks on my shoulders and neck.
I haven't traveled with it yet but I think I managed to fit my stuff in it for a 1 month trip. I think it's great, I'll try to change my review to provide more details after the trip, especially about the plane trip, will it fit in the cabin or not? Normally yes but it's very full!

It is comfortable and of good quality. It just needs somewhere to put the poles, but for the rest I think it is a good purchase.
We will have to return it because we can't use it. The distance between the support straps causes pain in our neck and trapezius muscles.
The closure seems fragile to me, to be handled with care. Very practical backpack, allows you to store clothes well in a minimum of space. Very good for traveling.
If you are traveling alone and do not like towing a suitcase, this is an ideal bag. I recommend it.
It has become my partner for any short weekend trip. Very well thought out (pockets, zippers), solid, comfortable.

How to adjust your backpack?
Begin by adjusting the lumbar belt. The bag's weight should sit mainly on your hips. Then tighten the shoulder straps to bring the bag's weight towards your back. Attach and tighten the chest strap then tighten the smaller straps above the shoulders so that the back sits perfectly on your back.
Protect your bag in the rain
The backpack has a rain cover to protect the contents of your bag when it rains.
How to maintain your travel 500 backpack
- Empty the bag completely- Remove the foam and frames from your backpack if possible and if you are sure you are able to put them back again afterwards- Use a vacuum cleaner to remove any dust from the bag and the zips- Put the bag in a bath, shower or a wash basin- Use a stiff-bristle brush or a sponge if you have a small backpack- Wash the bag with soapy water and scrub any stains.
