It fits everything and is very comfortable to carry.
Very good value for money, super practical on planes/trains, lots of space to store everything. Being a victim of its success, I came across a lot of people with the same backpack...I put pins to clearly identify mine! So maybe launch a few more different colors (blue, light gray, purple, yellow etc)?

Very good travel bag, everything is very well thought out, except the size compared to certain airlines. or certain airlines that reduce the bags more and more to charge extra. Beyond that, there is nothing to say, everything is thought out on this travel bag.
Yes, the product has multiple compartments but it's not robust. Also, the compartments don't hold shape. Quality built isn't that great. I believe going for better quality might have increased the weight thus the product designer or manager didn't strengthen the internal aspects while externals are too strong.
excellent comfortable to wear and resistant; used for a week-long trip to Brazil three flight changes and used on a construction site it has proven to be practical and useful also for transporting a PC

Spacious, the compartments are very useful The shoulder straps were OK for me, the straps too Very practical for any type of travel (maybe less hiking in terms of weight), I prefer this kind of bags to suitcases

Begin by adjusting the lumbar belt. The bag's weight should sit mainly on your hips. Then tighten the shoulder straps to bring the bag's weight towards your back. Attach and tighten the chest strap then tighten the smaller straps above the shoulders so that the back sits perfectly on your back.

How to maintain your travel 500 backpack
- Empty the bag completely- Remove the foam and frames from your backpack if possible and if you are sure you are able to put them back again afterwards- Use a vacuum cleaner to remove any dust from the bag and the zips- Put the bag in a bath, shower or a wash basin- Use a stiff-bristle brush or a sponge if you have a small backpack- Wash the bag with soapy water and scrub any stains.
