Product Customer Reviews
Very nice, comfortable to wear, suitable for everyday wear, lightweight, compact, if it's not very cold I wear it all winter, I appreciate the nice lining on the collar at the neck, the inside zip pocket. Very feminine cut! Surprisingly durable material, although it looks thin, it didn't tear anywhere and the feathers don't come out at all. Machine washable (although it looked bad after delivery so bad that I was afraid it would be written off), after drying even without a dryer, when I dried it loosely at room temperature and shook it often, it's almost like new.
Tested at 5-6000 meters, it absolutely holds its place, even in severe minus temperatures. When tucked in, it warms up very well and keeps you warm. It is a comfortable, lightweight jacket for sleeping in a tent in the cold. It can be packed away. When unzipped, it is also an excellent weekday "running" jacket, when the temperature changes frequently.
It is waterproof in heavy rains, but other than that it is a very warm, lightweight jacket.
I've been wearing it since November and I'm happy with it. It's light, keeps you warm and doesn't take up much space when folded in the bag.
Cannot stand rain at all. Is pleasant to wear, because of the very low weight.
The jacket is beautiful, light and comfortable, I highly recommend it.
Good buy, worth it. Very warm.
size perfect I wear 40 I took L. warm I use another season. washed in the washing machine and dried in the dryer nothing happens.
Tested under a very cold jacket, under a waterproof jacket, and even alone, at ➖ 10 degrees, it is great
Product purchased as a gift which was very much appreciated
Disappointed, normally it should withstand temperatures down to -10..to -3°, I'm cold. And I find down on the car seat! Light certainly, comfortable, but for spring. Pretty color, well cut, but doesn't do everything it promises, too bad. However, you buy an item, especially a jacket, for what it promises: warmth, etc.
I just bought it, my first impression is as follows: It is a great advantage to have 800 fillings and to be sold at this price. The model is very nice. It has a very soft texture. It makes you feel good and safe when you wear it in winter conditions. It is extremely light. It is almost non-existent. Only the zipper part is difficult to close, it would be very very good if the zipper strip was a little thicker and harder in terms of ease of use.
Beautiful down jacket but fragile for washing.
Nice warm jacket, packable into a small package. The slightly longer cut is nice. I use it for both casual wear and skiing. It can also be used under a waterproof jacket.
The sleeves are always long

Composition
Filling: 90.0% Grey Duck Down, 10.0% Grey Duck Feather ; Main fabric: 100.0% Polyamide ; Main lining: 100.0% Polyamide ; Pocket: 100.0% Polyester
How warm is this padded jacket?
This padded jacket, worn as a 3rd layer, has been certified for an active comfort temperature of -10°C during a standardised test in a thermal chamber. The model is wearing a synthetic long-sleeved T-shirt and a light fleece underneath. It works with a simulated 5 km/h wind. We have also tested this model in static mode. Its comfort temperature is 0°C in this case.
The advantages of a duck down and feather filling
The filling power of down has 3 advantages for mountain sports: - Thermal insulation thanks to the air trapped in the down and feathers.- Ultra-lightweight: down is lighter than synthetic wadding while offering the same degree of warmth. This saves even more weight in your backpack.- Ultra-compressible.
How to measure the fill power of a down and feather wadding?
The fill power is a measure of the down fts thermal insulation capacity and its potential to InchtrapInch air. It is expressed in CUIN (cubic inches). So, down with a higher fill power (higher CUIN number) will occupy more space, trap more air and provide greater thermal insulation. This puffer jacket, filled with 90% down and 10% feathers, has a guaranteed fill power of 800 CUIN (international standard) or over.

How to care for a down jacket?
The down jacket can be worn throughout the winter and will certainly need to be washed. Our advice: 1/Machine wash with a detergent suitable for down or technical garments, at 30°C, with 2 or 3 tennis balls. Gentle spin cycle. 2/ tumble dry with 2 or 3 tennis balls, and repeat 2 or 3 times until it is completely dry.
Water-repellent property of component (not to be confused with waterproofing)
The water repellent property of a fabric is its ability to make water run off its surface without absorbing it. This prevents the fabric from swelling, and keeps it lightweight and warm. The fabric of this down jacket is water repellent, however, we recommend that you wear a waterproof jacket over it in the rain. The fabric is made water-repellent by treating (PFC-free) its outer surface, however this property may deteriorate with use. We recommend that you restore it after each wash.
How to restore the water-repellent properties?
Once you have cleaned your padded jacket, we recommend you use a water-repellent reactivator spray to preserve the hydrophobic properties of the outer fabric. This renews the fabric’s water repellent properties and optimises its performance throughout the lifespan of your garment.
How to repair your fleece?
A tear on a padded jacket can happen when trekking! The good news is that it can be repaired with a repair patch to prevent the tear from getting bigger or feathers from escaping. Don't you feel at ease carrying out this repair yourself? Don't worry! Some Decathlon workshops offer an in-store repair service to mend your padded jacket using a heat-bonded patch.
