The handles are held together by a snap closure. From the beginning, this closure has been very, very difficult, and obviously the button has ended up tearing off one of the sides. The flaps are made of a rather flimsy material and end up becoming deformed when opening and closing the backpack. If these two points were improved, it would be perfect, in terms of size and capacity. The handles are padded and comfortable. It has many compartments and the outer meshes are high and resistant, making it ideal for carrying small/medium sized bottles.
Bought to go to work and it's perfect
The backpack is perfect, spacious and organized enough, a laptop pocket. It fits well on the back. We are satisfied.
Good fit for a 15.6 inch laptop while travelling

Excellent quality product with several compartments, tested and approved.
The product quality of this brand is very good and the design is also unique and cool. But with this 16L size and design I feel the price of the bag is a bit high which can be definitely improved. I have used this brand bag earlier as well so I know it's quality that's why I bought this as well at this high price. One can definitely buy this if it fits in your budget.
I have been using it intensively for almost 2 years and I am very satisfied. Nothing falls off. All the zippers still work very well. Interesting pocket system. I highly recommend it.

In general, the biggest disadvantage of this backpack is the material it is made of. It is OK, it imitates more expensive, elegant urban retro backpacks, but the texture, color and quality of the material take away a lot from the overall feeling of quality of this backpack. Nevertheless, for the price of 100PLN (that's what I paid) this backpack is a great opportunity

Waterproofing
The components of the bag are water-repellent so that you can temporarily continue walking/hiking in light rain. Caution: this backpack is not watertight/waterproof and it does not have a rain cover. How is volume measured?
The volume of each backpack is measured using a standard method: we fill the main compartment, as well as each pocket, with little balls. Then we empty these balls into a graduated container, which gives the equivalent volume in litres.The capacity of the main volume of this bag is 16L. We also measured the volume with the 2 external side water bottle pockets, whereby its total capacity increases to 17L.

This bag was designed thanks to all the customer feedback and hikers' observations.Indeed, the idea is to offer a multi-purpose backpack that you can use during your walks, hikes and also during all your everyday journeys. This bag offers you two different and comfortable carrying modes, i.e. on the back or in the hand, thanks to its two large ergonomic handles.
How to adjust your backpack?
1 - Loosen the shoulder straps2 - Put the loaded bag on your back, and make sure it is well balanced3 - Tighten the shoulder straps4 - Walk a few metres and lightly swing the bag on your back5 - Adjust the straps one last time
How to fill your backpack?
Put your heavy items at the bottom. Pack your clothes around these items. Keep your waterproof jacket and/or fleece within arm’s reach. Place small items for daily use (sun cream, map, glasses, etc.) in the pockets. The water bottle will be put in one of the outside pockets provided for this purpose or inside in the main compartment.
Tested for optimal durability
We carry out several laboratory tests to validate the bag's components: fabric, buckles, straps, foam, zips. For example, for a fabric, we test the resistance to abrasion and tearing, colour fastness when exposed to UV light and washing, and waterproofing. We also conduct tests to check the resistance of assembly using a dummy that reproduces the movements of a hiker to replicate several years of wear and tear on the bag.
Product testing
It’s in France, at the foot of Mont Blanc, that our design team conceives, designs and creates Quechua products. We test them in the field with other hikers to make sure that they are comfortable and durable. Brittany, Corsica, Reunion Island, etc. We go to as many different places as possible, in all weather conditions. Great conditions for discussion, which is precious to gain your feedback and plan ahead for new products!
