Seems to be very small when trying on, you might be tempted to take the size above. That's what I did and the belt didn't stay in place and kept riding up. I changed to the recommended size, seems tight but ultimately fits well on the hips (worn low, tie at the elastic of the shorts) and no problem on 2-hour outings, it doesn't move and I hardly feel it, good support for the flasks. On the other hand, the phone pocket is quite difficult to access, not very practical. OK if you don't need to take it out, otherwise I put it in front or on the side, and a flask behind. Very light, to see how the seams and glue hold up over time.
I use it for both sports and everyday use, a way to keep my phone and wallet safe.
Used during marathon preparation during long runs and for the marathon itself, this product did the job perfectly. I recommend it 😉
I bought a running belt as a replacement for a waist bag that had served me well for years, and others that I tried to use were unfortunately too loose for running. The running belt, unlike them, is perfectly able to hold the phone in place so that it does not bounce while running. The belt is capacious enough to fit the phone without having to take it out of the case. It is so light that once I forgot that I still had it on. The belt adheres very well to the body/clothes, if it slipped off, it was only minimally enough that it was not an obstacle to running. What's more, it holds well enough that you can also do quick training units in it, provided that you have the right size. The adherence can be adjusted with a string like in pants, but I did not notice a big difference with the tied string and the loose one. The keys in the belt jingle, so I run with the keys in my hand, but they should not fall out of the belt, the pockets close quite tightly
Maximum satisfaction, tested at a half marathon. I recommend buying a size larger.

Loosens very quickly, the pockets are not very durable, especially for the key holders, and they don't stay in place during competitions. Good, but could be improved.

I really don't understand where these opinions of this belt come from. It moves up while running, I think it will only be ok for men - no waist. It's probably not suitable for women
Belt that stays in place even when loaded with water, nutrition, and a key. Highly recommend.

For short/medium outings, it's very practical, several pockets but if you load it to the maximum, it adds weight and it's not really pleasant for running. With each stride, you feel the weight of the belt, plus it tends to rise at waist level because it's so stretchy. This belt remains functional but I expected much better and more practical.

We have designed this belt to carry 2 soft flasks (250 ml max) at the abdomen and 6 gels distributed across the hips. Keep the rear pocket for less urgent items: For example, your telephone or keys provided they are protected from humidity (sweat and/or rain).You can fit more in, but it might be less secure and jiggle about.
