Very good value for money

I don't know if I would use these shoes for long hikes, high-top shoes would seem more suitable to me; but for short walks or gardening, they are really very good. They are comfortable, hold well on the feet and on the ground. Note that they fit a little tight, I made an exchange to take a size larger (very quick exchange by the way). They are not the most aesthetic of hiking shoes, it must be admitted, but for this price you can't have everything. The quality / price ratio is in any case excellent. I recommend without hesitation.

Price performance product

The product is nice and the sole is hard. It can slip a little on smooth surfaces like marble in the city. The hard sole can tire the feet a little in the city, but it does not cause any problems in nature.

My husband loved it.

I use it for work, especially on rainy days. The sole is treaded and the material is of excellent quality. Comfort and safety. I would buy other colors or models from the brand.

I recommend

I bought the previous model of these shoes about 10 years ago. I wear them all spring and autumn and a light winter. After 10 years they started to fall apart. A definite plus is that the heels haven't worn through at all - in every other shoe you have holes. I'm definitely buying another pair

very good

Great for everyday wear. I found them thanks to the help of Mrs. Marlena, who searched the store's resources with me. I like this store. It always has what I need.

mitigate

I had the MH100, I'm a 37.5, in 38 too tight but super comfortable, I wear them out after a while, so I took NH50, in 39, a little big (37.5 it's complicated to find a good size), the upper seems more rigid, waterproof, not cold in winter, but with wide feet, it sometimes becomes painful after hours of walking, I would have needed an upper in more flexible material, but for every day, in town, it's fine, I don't have pain, I would say my foot morphology is not adapted to these shoes

Awesome shoes

Very comfortable shoes, the lack of mesh makes them ideal for the first days of spring or the end of autumn.

Casual walking shoes

It is very comfortable but it collects a lot of dust and you don't even feel that it is on your feet.

Additional Product Information

Composition

How is the durability and solidity of the nh50 low hiking boots determined?

Laboratory tests were conducted to test the following elements: tearing eyelets and straps, gluing, toxicology, UV resistance, abrasion resistance of outsole and upper components, accelerated ageing. These tests allow us to improve the quality of our products and prevent premature wear of our hiking shoes.

What makes the nh50 low boots so comfortable?

Our nature hiking boots promise one thing, and that’s heightened comfort for the wearer. to this end, we have included different ingredients in this boot to take care of your feet such as the EVA foam insole (flexible thermoplastic) and the heel pad in the same material. We have also made the insole removable for greater hygiene (washing possible).

What gives the soles of the nh50 low hiking boots so much grip on hiking trails?

The sole’s design is the result of long research carried out in our labs. It is composed of a specific rubber formula which optimises grip and traction. We are always looking for the best solution to progress on loose or mineral (forest or coastal) walking trails. When used on roads, this can lead to the premature wear of your boots and cause discomfort. They are not suitable for high mountain walking.

Product testing

Our Decathlon Sportslab laboratory, based in Lille, also contributes to the innovation and development of our Quechua products. It brings together 4 themes, each with their own area and technological tools:- Body shape (mainly thanks to 3D analysis);- Movement science;- Thermal comfort (with its four climatic chambers);- Natural episodes and sensory. This hiking boot has been tested for its walking comfort.

Storage instructions

We recommend you store your boots in a dry, dark and, if possible, ventilated place away from any heat source.
