this is my first merino wool t shirt and I love it, as someone who easily gets sweaty and has a strong odour, this t shirt is really good with hiding it and not picking it up. it's also really soft and comfortable y it really feels unlike any other material I have ever worn

Got a large but way too small - never been an xl
The material feels nice and the cut isn't bad, but unfortunately these aren't very durable. I've got 5 or 6 of them, but most of them have now worn through on the back where my rucksack sits. That's in 1-2 years of intermittent use. I've got Rab shirts that are far older and are still fine - I guess you get what you pay for.
This is advertised as offering odour control and being a shirt for travelling and trekking. Apparently it has been tested by the team at Decathlon and show to reduce odours. I can confirm that prior to the first wash the T-Shirt offers improved odour control over that of a cotton T-Shirt. However once washed at a low temperature as indicated on the care label it looses all of the odour control. In fact it becomes worse than a cotton shirt as you can’t wash it high enough or use biological detergent to clean it. It must be the non merino element that smells and it is very unpleasant. Could I suggest that the decathlon team investigate this and re run their tests using shirts that have been worn and then washed. I am very upset as I am a big fan of decathlon and an even bigger fan of merino wool, low temperature washing and eco friendly washing products. I have one of these I have worn and before I realised the issue I bought four more. My local store told me that they couldn’t refund the purchases as I had taken the labels out and they couldn’t resell them. That’s the bit that really didn’t feel very fair or reasonable 😔
Marino wool is fantastic for heat and also keeps Odour down, nice and fresh.
Fantastic T-shirt, fits well and really comfortable. The 80% wool, 20% polyester blend is perfect to get the best qualities of wool with the endurance and durability of polyester. Keeps you cool in the heat and warm in the cooler weather. Traps odours perfectly. Dries quickly. The only downside to this product is the large and rather garish logo, a more discrete one on one breast, or better yet none at all, would make this a 5* product hands down. Amazing price at only £20 as well.
Very good t-shirt but it faded after the first wash!
Great product, price-wise, you can't get any cheaper for merino! Dries in 20 minutes in the sun 3 hours in a dry place and 8 to 12 hours in a humid place Indispensable for trekking and all types of sports!
