The jacket met expectations. It is light, does not take up much space in the backpack, protects against wind and rain, which is also the reason why people sweat a lot in it. I bought a size up, so I put a 20 liter backpack under it, which is useful.
Buy a lot for your family lol! Ideal for everyday use, light, discreet, functional, pretty and low volume and weight, it fits in any corner of your bag/backpack. I don't go out without it. And for safety (SP), it doesn't draw attention and goes unnoticed (I recommend it for nieces).
Go for it, if you're looking for long run.

Water resistance of the fabric
The waterproofing of a fabric by a coating or a membrane is measured in Schmerbers or H20 mm (pressure of a water column). The higher this number, the more waterproof the fabric. This jacket is designed with a waterproof coating (JIS 1092 standard): this component resists 5,000 mm H20 (Schmerbers) before washing (equivalent to the pressure exerted by a 5 metre column of water).
Fabric breathability

This is its capacity to let out water vapour produced by the body during activity. The lower the Thermal Evaporative Resistance (TER), the higher the breathability of the fabric.
