Great for everyday use, short hike or even concerts where they only allow A4 bags. Could do with a few more compartiments but overall a good little bag
Bought this to take on holiday or on short 5k walks as it has a bottle pocket. Fits in other backpacks and bags no problem and is a great little buy.
I recently purchased the Quechua 10L Arpenaz NH100 backpack from Decathlon, and I'm thoroughly impressed! The backpack is incredibly lightweight, comfortable, and spacious. The 10L capacity is perfect for day hikes, and the multiple compartments keep my gear organized. The build quality is superb, and the black color looks sleek. For the price, I was expecting a decent backpack, but this one has exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable, feature-packed daypack!
Perfect size to be a personal item on a flight
I bought it to carry my lunch pack, water bottle and other EDCs. Front compartment comes really handy in storing wallet, mobile and similar smaller things. Side mesh pocket can be used for smaller/narrrower water bottles.
Small compact bag with padded back perfect for those longer dog walks to carry the coffees
I mainly use this to go to the beach or for short hikes, it holds all of the essentials for my children. It could do with additional pockets on the side, but it's incredible value for money.

So handy for a variety of uses. I don't know what I did before I had this! It's really useful. Its compact size stops you overloading and doing yourself damage.

Bag not sturdy enough to stand on its edge in the upright position. Makes it annoying to pack the bag.

Thanks to our customer comments and feedback, we have re-worked this iconic model to be more comfortable. The back and shoulder straps are padded, the re-worked compartments better separate your belongings (clothing, flask, wallet, phone, etc.). Tested in use by many hikers, its features have been tested and approved.

Thanks to the quality of your feedback, we have made the back more comfortable with vertical pads. The foam has been thickened and covered in ventilated fabric for a softer touch and to wick away heat and moisture more efficiently.The shoulder straps are more ventilated that on the previous model and have been covered in the same fabric for optimal ventilation.
More pockets
We have listened to your feedback and enhanced this model with more storage pockets to better organize your belongings on your hikes.A stretch mesh side pocket has been added on the outside of the bag to store your flask (0.8 liter max), umbrella or other; and a zipped inside pocket for your personal belongings (wallet, phone, keys, cereal bar, etc.).
Waterproofing
The components of the bag are water-repellent so that you can temporarily continue walking/hiking in light rain. Caution: this backpack is not watertight/waterproof and it does not have a rain cover. If you want to continue walking/hiking in the rain and protect your belongings, we recommend the following model: “10 to 20 L rain cover”, which can be viewed on our website, item reference 8772113.
Tested for optimal durability
We carry out several laboratory tests to validate the bag's components: fabric, buckles, straps, foam, zips. For example, for a fabric, we test the resistance to abrasion and tearing, color fastness when exposed to UV light and washing, and waterproofing. We also conduct tests to check the resistance of assembly using a dummy that reproduces the movements of a hiker to replicate several years of wear and tear on the bag.
Product testing
Our design team imagines, creates and designs the Quechua products at the foot of the Mont Blanc, in France. We test them in the field with other hikers to make sure that they are comfortable and durable. This backpack has been tested and improved by hikers in different climatic conditions and different environments.
