Size advice, try the product first

This is the second third layer garment I have bought this year at Decathlon and I see that both have the same problem below the waist: the garments reach the bum but they do not take into account that the bum bulges more than the waist, which means that your usual size is no longer suitable and you must go up a size. -The fabric on the forearm seems like it is going to burst, if it were only 2cm more in perimeter it would change a lot, but as it is designed it does not help the natural movement with the garment and the possibility of rolling up the sleeves to the elbow. -If it did not have the error in its pattern of omitting the existence of the bum and assuming that the forearms are skeletal, it would fit perfectly in the chest, armpit and hood. -A reversible pocket is missing in which to pack the windbreaker and that this pocket has a zipper with a puller on the inside and outside to be able to close it comfortably once packed and this would only increase the total weight by 1 gram. -It would also be very convenient to add a 7cm long loop of fabric elastic inside that pocket to make a lark's head knot and tie it to the harness or anchor it to the carabiner, and this modification would add only 4g more. Keep in mind that climbers and mountaineers are looking for super light garments, and these modifications would make a big difference. It breathes well and blocks the wind sufficiently (obviously it is not a goretex). Be careful with branches, thorns and sharp rocks, the fabric is fragile.

What is the fit of the mh900 windproof jacket?

fitted cut for complete ease of movement and minimum catching in the wind. Its volume enables you to wear a 2nd layer of light clothing such as light micro-fleece.

What is the thermal comfort and windproof rating of the mh900 jacket?

Wind considerably increases the effect of the cold! With an outside temperature of 32°F and 12.4 mph winds, it will feel like the temperature is 14°F. InchWindproofInch components help eliminate the discomfort linked to this Inchfreezing effectInch. They are very effective at reducing heat loss by creating a barrier against the wind.

What is the breathability rating of the mh900 windproof jacket?

To find out whether a fabric is breathable, we test its RET or total evaporative resistance (based on the ISO 11092 standard). The lower the fabric's resistance, the more water vapor generated by physical activity can escape, and the higher the fabric's breathability. This windproof jacket has a RET rating of < 9, making it an extremely breathable fabric.
