Product Customer Reviews
I had looked at the MT500 backpacks - which were closer to my initial budget Being 165cm, the MT500's were a little 'too long' - and even the Small version of the MT500 (which should have fit my profile) was not right. Spending a bit more, allowed me to get the MH900 - Its perfect. It fits my height and torso profile I can hike for 8 hours will a full day load, and its comfortable all day. I have learnt not to put too much in the top pocket/brain - It was tempting to put all my electronics/torch in there - but it makes the pack too top heavy The side pockets for water are brilliant - you can reach and pull the bottle and put the bottle back - without taking the pack off.
It’s only 25l but in fact it’s much more because of number of small and clever compartments. I could easily packed myself in for a week long city break. You can downsize it easily or extend it capacity when needed.Goes as carry on with no problems. Super comfortable with good ventilation back profile. Overall fantastic design!
The only flaw is the hood's construction which is not very stable, otherwise it's a really nice backpack with lots of pockets.
Easy to use
Good comfort, and relatively light for long hikes. The removable top pocket is a nice touch. A few flaws: the color is extremely dirty, the logo-like writing doesn't stay put at all, and there's nothing on the shoulder straps to hold the water hose, even though there's a dedicated water bladder pocket. There's no storage on the shoulder straps for a flask, sunscreen, sunglasses, etc.
Good
It fits well on the back and has great cushioning despite being super thin, but when you put a lot inside, it's practically impossible to use the side pockets, which by the way have such strong rubber bands that putting anything in there is almost impossible. And certainly not when it comes to a water bottle. The pocket dedicated to a water bottle on the hip belt is a bit shallow (designed for 0.5L). So my one-liter water bottle could fall out of it. Apart from that, the backpack is great for traveling
I'm happy with the product, it's good quality. It has a good capacity and is quite compact for carrying gear. The only downside: it's one size fits all. I'm a woman, 1m55 and 50kg, and it's a bit too big. I need to be able to tighten the belt a few more centimeters so that the bag fits my hips, so my shoulders are carrying a bit too much of the weight of the bag.
Very good, I like it very much
Excellent value for money. Comfort is there, accessorizing is top-notch, and compartmentalization is well thought out for day trips.
