I originally bought this back to use on day drips and hiking trips but I liked it so much, it became my everyday day work bag. The bag has a dedicated pocket that will fit a laptop and an iPad as well as a large main compartment and plenty of smaller pockets inside. Overall very satisfied!
Bought this as my old backpack broke whilst I was out, couldn't have made a better purchase, the elastic bottle compartments on the sides securely store water bottles large and small and the laptop compartment and zip pouch are perfect for holding my laptop and power supply.
Used as small hand luggage for all flights and work travel, excellent for laptops transport and really well thought out storage sections. Spacious enough for a weekends worth change of clothes and comfortable straps. Also bought an additional one for my son at Uni, he is also a big fan.
It's a nice and quite capacious backpack. Lots of compartments so you can organize your belongings very well. 1 major drawback, though: the description says it can hold a laptop up to 15". This must be the top limit as the standard 15.6" laptop does not fit in it (Asus Zephyrus M GM501GS from 2018 for reference - 38.4x26.2x1.75cm)!!! I can't take this backpack when I plan to travel with my laptop. :/ I'd still recommend this backpack for hikers and daily commuters who might carry smaller computers.
Top quality bag this! Fits everything I need for work, compartments are great, internal organisation fantastic and the stretchy outer pockets for water bottles or small flasks are an amazing extra
I have used this on a few city breaks. Perfect for hand baggage restrictions and can hold so much. It matches the quality of other more expensive brands and is amazing value for money
This bag provides all of the space that my son requires for his school items, along with the comfortable shoulder straps to make carrying the bag throughout the day and on the bus, a pain-free experience. I think i might buy one for myself for work!
I picked this specifically for one or 2 night stays with work. separate laptop compartment saves carrying a separate bag. Enough space in main compartment for washkit and change of clothes. have even managed to fit running kit in as well
I purchased this backpack because its dimensions meet the carry-on size requirements for flights, and I’m impressed with its neat, square, and compact design. The multiple compartments are thoughtfully laid out and very practical for organising items. However, I did encounter an issue with the front compartment's zip—it tends to come undone when running and doesn't stay securely closed. This is a drawback for more active use, but overall, it's a solid choice for travel or daily use, provided you’re not planning to run with it.
I brought this while travelling as I had brought too many things on my trip and needed a bigger rucksack. I’m so glad I brought this, I love the way the bag opens, there are so many pockets, it feels so well made, and it’s actually more or less the right dimensions for the free carry on luggage for most airlines so I plan to just use this bag on future flights for long weekends away. I actually brought it in cream from Malaysia, and it’s hard to keep clean, but they have other really nice colours to offer too.

Bought it to use as small hand luggage in airlines and it is great. Makes full use of the small size, comfortable and I like the wide opening.
Decathlon have changed this bag from what is still being advertised on the website. If you look at the images for the black / navy bags and compare to e.g. the grey one there are differences. The main compratment zipper doesn't go all the way down on the newer "version 2" models, there aren't interior side pouches, there is no hole for a power bank cable, there is no secret pocket behind the water bottle and there is no zip pouch for keys in the front pocket. Decathlon have made the product categorically worse but not changed the name and still brand it as an identical product with the same images as before but the black / navy bags are now the worse new version. The bag is still reasonably good but it's not as good as it was 6 months ago before they made these changes to presumably cut costs. And worse they are still using the old product images so it's deceitful.
Was looking for a backpack for commuting that had enough pockets/compartments for all of my essentials. This absolutely fits the bill. Comfortable to wear/carry and plenty room to separate everything. Hopefully it lasts as long as the quality would suggest.

How is volume measured?
The volume of each backpack is measured using a standard method: we fill the main compartment, as well as each pocket, with little balls. Then, we empty these balls into a graduated container, which gives the equivalent volume in litres.The main bag’s volume capacity is 23 L. We have measured the volume with the 2 water bottle outer side pockets, its total capacity reaches 25 L.

Waterproofing
The components of the bag are water-repellent so that you can temporarily continue walking/hiking in light rain. Caution: this backpack is not watertight/waterproof and it does not have a rain cover. If you want to continue walking/hiking in the rain and protect your belongings, we recommend the following model: “20 to 40 L rain cover”, which can be viewed on our website, item reference 8734213.
Outer dimensions
Height : 46 cm | Width: 28 cm | Thickness: 22cm. This bag can be used as cabin baggage for a plane trip as its dimensions meet airline (IATA) requirements. We recommend that you contact your airline for details of the size and weight restrictions on cabin baggage.
Tested for optimal durability
To ensure the bag is strong enough, we conduct laboratory tests on the components and seams, which replicate the long-term wear and tear that the backpack will endure.For example, for a fabric, we test the resistance to abrasion and tearing, the colour fastness when exposed to UV light and washing, and the waterproofing. We use these tests to guarantee the bags for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase on the receipt.
How to adjust your backpack?
- Loosen all the straps, shoulder, stomach and chest,- Put the bag on,- Buckle the chest strap, adjust the height and width,- Tighten the shoulder straps (top to bottom),- Adjust as needed.It’s adjusted!
How to fill your backpack?
Put your heavy items in the bottom and the laptop, picnic items for example in the intended places. Pack your clothes around these items;- Place small items for daily use (phone, sun cream, map, glasses, keys, wallet, etc.) in the pockets ;- Water bottle(s) will go in the outer side pockets intended for this purpose.
Product testing
Our design team imagines, creates and designs the Quechua products at the foot of the Mont Blanc, in France. We test them in the field with other hikers to make sure that they are comfortable and durable. This backpack has been tested and improved by hikers in different climatic conditions and different environments.
