How’s it compared to “shake dry “ from Gorewear? Quality of zipper? Are the wrist bands Velcro? Does it have pockets in back? Will it fit in a jersey pocket? Thanks
Answer:
It is a lightweigh, wind and water resisitant garment. Very good quality, no velocro on the wrist. 1 pocket in the back, and will easily fit in a jersey pocket.

1st use today in moderate rain; the T-shirt underneath is all wet in several different areas
Waterproof and very light jacket. It can be easily packed in the shirt. Breathability for a waterproof jacket is sufficient.
Very light.
The cover will hold few folds, I do not understand why they did not make the cm that is missing. And the ventilation of the arms is non-existent. Overall I do not recommend especially since it is quite expensive

This rain jacket at most slows down the process of getting wet, but that's all. I even got wet under the jacket on a 2km walk to work in drizzling rain. I wouldn't buy this jacket again.

Waterproofing is a fabric's ability to prevent rain water from passing through. A fabric's waterproofing is determined by measuring its resistance to the pressure exerted by a water column, measured in mm (test based on ISO 811 standard). The higher the pressure, the more waterproof the fabric. Material with a waterproof rating of 2000 mm resists the pressure exerted by 2000 mm of water (which roughly corresponds to a 2-hour rain shower).Our Ultralight jacket is waterproof up to 2000 mm.

To determine whether a fabric is breathable, we measure its evaporative resistance (test based on standard ISO 11092).
