Very happy with this versatile urban and leisure bike. The tapered handlebars make it difficult to attach accessories: light, bell, computer, etc. Do you have any solutions or tips for attaching your accessories?

After more than 2 years of use, this bike remains satisfactory.

After a little over a year, it follows me everywhere. At work and on long rides. However, I remain perplexed by the fact that the chain is 100% worn in only 1500 km

I bought this bike to use it in all situations. I fitted gravel tires and a luggage rack. I cycle to work and travel with it, and everything works well. For pure road cycling, it sometimes lacks 1-2 gears when climbing. I am completely satisfied with this bike.

Efficient bike, light enough for beginners on road bikes. Positives: - Efficient - Good braking - Fairly comfortable frame - Rigid and precise fork - Easy wheel removal Negative points: - Scratch during pedal assembly by the store; the team was apologetic and agreed to a small change (perhaps a bit small at 10 euros); stem not aligned upon delivery. - Chain defect that forced me to cut short my first long ride on this bike. It was quickly replaced in store. - Tires that might need to be replaced for something a little more versatile on wet roads So, a good bike, but be careful with the quality control of your products and their preparation.

This Friday, January 13, 2023, I received by carrier at my home a huge package containing a Triban RC500 Flatbar, I rushed to finish the assembly (fixed the handlebars, the front wheel and the pedals) I then did about fifty km (windy) and to my great satisfaction this bike is very comfortable considering my size (120kg/198cm) Before this bike I rode a TREK Dual Sport but the Triban in addition to being affordable has a SHIMANO transmission (50/34) very flexible and precise. The bike is perfect but as I am a perfectionist I regret that the cables do not pass through the frame. I do not regret my purchase.

A bike with incredible value for money and versatility... I'll give you my thoughts after 140,000 km: it's a fantastic bike!! You can ride it for racing or gravel... It handles everything!! I bought it with a flat bar and I don't regret my purchase; you just have to know how to upgrade it from its basic equipment (wheels, tires, pedals, grips, etc.).

It would be a perfect bike, except for the brakes...

The bike looks quite good, but that's about it. Most of the important elements are quite low quality. Disc brakes, having mechanicals ones and not hydraulic ones causes a very poor braking experience. The elements of the transmission are also very disappointing, the chain keeps jumping now and then. And yes, I brought it back to the shop, but nothing changed. The worst being the geometry of the bike, you'll regularly hit your feet against the front wheel when turning. First time I see this kind of problems on a bike costing that kind of price.

Good product, but really poorly adjusted. I got my bike back and had to ask for the seat height (the base...) to be adjusted. Disc brake rubbing. I went to get it fixed, but the problem persists. I'll go back again. My bike is 3 weeks old...

Stopped riding "pure" mountain bikes (Commensal >€1,500) for road use and chose the TC500 flat bar (=€750). Very satisfied (2 to 3 weekly rides of 50 to 80 km). Used to Formula hydraulic disc brakes for mountain biking (and road riding with slick tires), it took me a few rides to get used to mechanical disc brakes, which were less responsive and powerful, but ultimately more than adequate for road use. Plus, it's a (very) beautiful bike (anthracite gray), which is no small feat! An excellent purchase
