Great, fits my Salomon running vest. A lot cheaper than the Salomon version
Bought to replace the bladder in my wife’s trail running vest as the previous version had begun to drip from the mouthpiece after many years of use. Fitted in without issue and clipped to the hooked clip inside the vest. Simple but no functional issues and much cheaper than osprey or camelbak equivalents.
Bought this as a replacement for the one I had that came with my running vest due to damage that occurred. Very happy with this product
Gave it to my 9yo she loves it and so far has lasted longer as most bottles. Easy enough for her to fill herself
The inventive design which allows you to completely open the top of the bladder to fill then slide the plastic clamp across fails rapidly as the clamp get loose after only a few uses. I had the item for about 5/6 runs before this happened and it would open up within the first mile of a run. I had to bin it.
I needed to replace the bladder in my trail pack, not because it was damaged but because I had used it for over a year and hadn’t stored it properly. Very pleased to be able to simply buy a replacement bladder. I’ll look after this one properly.
Great price, easy to use, generally happy with the product. However, it never survive more than a year. It always get punctured (tiny hole) on the sewing side or bottom. Don't know if it is because I usually add electrolytes in it, or simply because when the bladder is full it gets distorted causing the sewing to crack. Always the same hole. But overall, that's a great product that I'll keep buying.
So easy to use and easy to clean
I’ve replaced my water bladder from my 6 year old hydration bag, but found the new design of bite valve to be poor, my daughter has drank from my old one since I’ve had it and never had an issue this one and the hydration bag I bought for her, she has bitten through the bite valve and now both leak. Yes I’m sure my daughter is to blame but she never did it with the previous bite valve. I now need two new valves 😞
already changed the 2nd one because it was leaking but very practical. a little less solid than the old ones and less practical for drinking except for children for whom it is more practical
I bought this hydration bladder for longer runs, it's good and comfortable to wear it but compared to other hydration bladders it's harder to get the water out of it as the valve needs to be bitten quite strongly

I recommend
I mainly use it on my long runs in marathon preparation, during heat waves or when hiking. This water bag is very good, you just have to remember to close it properly, with the click, so that it doesn't spill down your back (but it's refreshing, that's good too) the capacity of one liter is very good for a few hours of walking/running. Like any bag, the taste of plastic is present but when you're thirsty, you don't think about it anymore. I store it in the freezer to avoid mold in case of poor drying.

A water bladder designed for replenishing your water supply during trail runs.
With its 1L capacity, your water bladder will give you 2 hours of running time on average. Indeed it is often the minimum volume required during trail running competitions. And thanks to its wide open, you can quickly fill it at the drink stations. When closing it, you should feel the slide-top clip into place to ensure a perfect seal. Finally, your water bladder is compatible with the 5L and 10L trail running bags.
A tube and an adjustable bite valve for superior comfort.
You can easily cut the tube of the water bladder to your preferred length! To do this, remove the bite valve, put the tube in some hot water to soften it, cut it to the required length and replace the bite valve. The bite valve has an on/off closure system to prevent leaks during transportation. When running, it does not leak, even when it is in the open position. In order to get a good flow rate when you drink, pinch the bite valve with your mouth and suck!

The components of your water bladder are guaranteed to be free of BPA (Bisphenol A) in accordance with current French regulations.It is 31 x 16cm in size with a 100cm tube.To prolong the lifetime of your water bladder, do not fold it, do not fill it with hot liquids and do not carry it upside down or by the tube ;)
How to empty the air from your water bladder
To avoid hearing the noise of the water splashing about in the pouch while you are running, make sure you empty out all the air before starting! Just hold your water bladder upside down after filling it, guide the air bubbles towards the tube opening and suck them out. That's all there is to it. Now you can enjoy the silence while you run!
Some tips for cleaning your water bladder:
To avoid any taste of plastic when you drink, rinse your water bladder 3 times before using it for the first time. Whenever you clean your water bladder, remember to dry it thoroughly by leaving it open. If the taste of plastic persists, put your dry water bladder in the freezer overnight.
How do we test a water bladder?
To validate the quality of the 1L water bladder, it was tested in our in-house laboratory on a mannequin that replicates 1000 km of running with impacts. No faults were recorded and the product worked perfectly.

Storage instructions
Wash and dry your water bladder before storing it. Store in a clean, dry place. You can also stock your water bladder in the freezer to avoid mould.
